STAY AWAY! They were late, extremely rude - they spoke angrily in Russian when insulting us, and one just flat out yelled at my husband multiple times - and they broke multiple items. Our sleep number bed, the one item we told them was expensive and to be careful with, is probably ruined. They noticed the support legs of the base were missing (not hard to miss) but continued putting it together anyway. After a night of sleeping without the support, our mattress, not to mention my back, is deformed. Now we need to pay a sleep number specialist to come take a look. We found the support legs the morning after - the initial packer had thrown them in our trash can with no indication they belong to the bed. They also dropped a box off their truck and broke several glass items. Thankfully, we personally moved the box with our really special and fragile items, such a porcelain vase that's been in my family for generations. They stored our items for a week - no problem there. Then there was a major miscommunication on the timing of the move into our new home. We thought the physcial move would be between 2 and 5 pm. But I guess they really meant the movers would arrive between 2 and 5. Then they tried charging us a lot for the extra time they spent in traffic during rush hour. It was 100% their own poor logistics and planning that caused that. And I 100% recommend you not use this company.

This is the 2nd time we use RMC for a move, and once again we weren't disappointed. They were extremely flexible with us being that we had to reschedule our move twice, and they were easy to communicate with via email and phone. Daniel and his team showed up right on time, they were very respectful and extremely careful with all of our belongings whether it be boxes or furniture. Anything that needed wrapping, they did, then unwrapped it all when we got to our new home, and with no hassle or mess. Thanks again guys!

The guys that cane were polite and did a good job. We finished with out damage and it went pretty smoothly. We would use them again!

I would’ve gave 5 stars, but I decided to give 4 and I’ll tell you why.

Firstly, I did not feel like the initial phone call when discussing pricing was clear. I asked about the price several times during the conversation and I was sure the receptionist was misunderstanding me. She stated she understood what I was asking and due to the stress of moving, I just said ok.

The guys were extremely early, but that wasn’t an issue. They were very friendly and professional. It was over 110 degrees but that didn’t deter them from working hard. I bought them all water due to the heat!

We did have very small scratches on the walls, but nothing outside of normal moving damages. They also did break one lamp which wasn’t too bad considering we had a lot of glass items.

I was taken aback by the pricing due to either me not understanding the receptionist or her not understanding me. I felt 6 hours was super long due to us not having many items to move.

I did really appreciate getting a call from the owner, Hank, and he explained to me that it was actually a good amount of time. I didn’t necessarily agree but Hank has been in business a long time, so I took his word for it. I also like that he reimbursed me for the broken lamp over the amount the lamp was even worth.

He also stated he will coordinate the minor repairs needed to our apartment.

Overall I would definitely recommend them, just be sure to get a total understanding on pricing.

Royal assisted us with a cross country move from Michigan via POD to their location & they unpacked the POD & delivered it to a LA apartment! They were great, they kept us notified of all the steps, delivered on time, nothing was damaged & they were very considerate. Tyrelle & his crew were wonderful to work with & Myra coordinated everything beautifully. I would recommend Royal Moving Company!

I could not be happier with Royal Moving. I found them in a moment of panic - had to move my one bedroom cottage in LA, in a hurry, out of state. Not a thing was packed. They took care of everything, delivered on time and were courteous and communicative. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Royal Moving Company for coming to the rescue! The first company we hired showed up hours late and completely unprepared for the job. I began making calls frantically for a backup plan, and Hank in the office was incredible, getting us a team for the very same day. Daniel and his team arrived (after doing another job already!) at exactly the time they said they would, and did an incredible job of getting the house packed and moved quickly, safely, and carefully! They came back just as great the second day to finish things, and what was almost a terrible catastrophe from the other company is now a distant memory. Thank you to Royal Moving Company for going above and beyond to make the impossible happen!

These guys were efficient and good at what they do. Definitely recommend! Experience was much less stressful than w/other movers I’ve used. They were careful w/my things and were able to get big heavy things up stairwells made of glass. 5 stars!

Fabulous company! They were really easy to work with when setting up the move and payment. The guys who showed up on moving day worked really quickly and handled my items with care. They also were super personable! I've never used a moving company for myself (I've had to use them for moving an office), so I was really happy that everything went smoothly and that the price was well within budget.

Great price and service, very friendly team. The hoist was quick and they made it seem easy!

I had a couch delivered that wouldn't fit through our front doorway, I called on a Monday at 4pm and Tuesday at 10am the Town Moving Team it 4 arrived to hoist my couch from the balcony 3 floors! I recommend giving them a call if you need help moving or hoisting!

Professional. Showed up on time and worked continuously until they were done.

Outstanding company, the best moving experience I've had to date. They arrived on time with a crew of four and got to work immediately. My furniture was disassembled quickly and professionally, every piece wrapped and padded - ready for a safe transport. The company provided garment boxes and took care of filling them. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great experience. Royal came through for us on very short notice, and Sem & Serge were great: efficient, conscientious and tireless. No problems or surprises, completed our move in record time.

I never post anything but I had to. These three guys were great packed everything perfected and NO Damages.

1st - their movers have 0 experience, usually only 1 team member knows how to do things and others are freshly recruited. Our move took 10 hours, they were extremely slow.
2nd - expensive.the rate per hour seems adequate but then they are so slow it comes up to a really big number!
3rd - no customer service.they damaged our belongings, promised to call back and never did.

The movers were on time, professional and made my day a breeze. They wrapped everything carefully, there were absolutely no damages and very easy to communicate any specific needs. Hopefully we’re not moving anytime soon, but they’d be our first call if we were.

Good experience moving, with both the movers and the office. The movers were on time, and they were friendly, careful with our belongings, and efficient. The office staff were friendly, helpful and available when needed. We’re very pleased. We used the storage option and have confidence that our belongings will be safely stored until next year.

Did our move yesterday, and they were fantastic. Very kind, professional, and easy to book and move. A definite recommendation.

Amazing full service movers. I rented plastic packing boxes a few days before, packed them up, and they showed up on moving day and moved everything. Even disassembled and assembled my bed frame at the new place. Superb.
