I came to this nail salon yesterday and got a gel manicure. The manicurist made my nails thick with the acrylic and shaved down my nail and shaved down too much that it hurt and cut my skin as well. I saw my nails after and hated them and told them I’m sorry I don’t like them. They told me to come back tomorrow and Amy will fix them. I was so excited to have them fixed but she told me they looked good! There was no fixing what was already done when they didn’t look good. I didn’t like the shape, the paint job.they were crooked. Three nails already popped off and I was peeling the rest of my nails off in the salon with her right there. She told me if I peel them off in front of her she will put on a new set. Ridiculous! I didn’t pay $45 to have a crooked ugly manicure. Amy used to be really kind I’m not sure what happened but I’ll never be returning to this salon. No acrylic manicure should be easy to peel off a day later: (also my pedicure chipped as well. Never coming back. So disappointed. They probably use old products with how poor my nail job was.

Pleased with my first visit. My holiday nails were $58 and flawless. Amy did a good job and was super nice.

Great place, my new favorite, since moving to Fair Oaks nearly a year ago.

I always set appointments but I had a nail emergency today and the owner was able to see me right away!

It was great. Amy and Rochelle were nice and did great on our nails. Definitely will come back.

I really want to like this place. Everyone is super friendly and I enjoyed my pedicure. My nails on the other hand I think could have been done better. Maybe it's just the shape I chose. But they also aren't painted well and a few are crooked. Some nails are not fully painted on the sides. I will probably try one more time and see if the outcome is different. I will also update the review.

Amy is the best nail lady I've ever had, she's very personable, efficient & has great energy. All the ladies at shop are great!

I went the day before the shutdown and I couldn't believe how long my pedicure lasted, 6 weeks at least. I went back a week or so after they reopened and I felt extremely safe with all the extra precautions they take. The staff is extremely kind. The massage that comes with the deluxe pedicure ($35) is AMAZING.

This place was the best I definitely recommed royal nails. I went to get my nails done there and when I walked out my nails were fantastic

Very good customer service. Knew exactly what i wanted. Definitely coming back to this place.

I love the main lady here she makes sure all customers are well took care of and she is amazing with nails.
