4Whoever hired that groomer needs to rehire someone else. He does not want to work. He tells you a time to come and then you go and he doesn't want to do the job. Then just say that. Stop wasting people's time! Terrible pet shop. Please go elsewhere
Love this place. The employees there are very helpful. I go there for my feeder fish, meal worms, and basking lamps. As well as dog treats. Always a pleasant experience.
REPORT THIS AND OTHER PET FEED STORES FOR KEEPING ANIMALS IN DIRTY AND CONFINED SPACES! These types of stores dont care about animal welfare they just want money and bring their old world mentality to this USA
My husband was told by they accept walking just b there early they open @8: 00. We were there @7: 45. The Groomer opened up @8: 30 When we discussed the cut we wanted he explained he didn't hv the clippers for that. We ended up with a same day appt w/PETCO! Best decision ever!
