Do not walk away, RUN away as far and fast away as you can from here. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional to begin with. I tried checking into the office and some old 50 year old man was there on this phone instead of helping us. We had an appointment with some overweight girl named Kimberly and didn't give us the details of what we needed until 5 mins before we arrived. She doesn't even spell my name right and gives me a new name on the lease. And when I needed clarification for something she kept cutting me off and not letting me finish my sentence. The leasing guy Nikolas will is a scammer who will give you 3 different prices and the Incorrect information on the unit. These people are complete thieves stay away!

This review is for my leasing agent Kimberly Leon. She was so helpful and kind throughout the process. Moving is really stressful let alone signing a lease but Kimberly broke everything down for me and was so great at answering all my questions. Even when I had trouble finding the building the office is located in she was really kind and patient on the phone with me and even stayed on the phone with me until I found it. That isn’t even part of her job but she still was kind enough to help me with that and I appreciate that a lot. She is an amazing employee. Having her help me throughout this process is what made me feel comfortable leasing with RPM. A good employee is a representation of your company and she provided me with a really lovely impression of this company.

I thought about applying but NVM. I'll keep my money and sanity. I'm glad I read all the reviews
