Unprofessional. Called for truck insurance quote, but was put on hold multiple times by three different employees

I called to obtain an insurance quote. A woman answered the phone and asked if I was referred to their agency, to which I answered that I found them through an organic search on Google. She asked me to hold and put me on hold for 6 minutes. Thereafter, she came back on the line asking who I am and who I am holding for. When I told her I am waiting to speak to someone regarding a quote, she asked if I have someone specific in mind and if I was referred by someone. I answered “No” again and told her how unprofessional she was being, after a 6 minute hold, to not even apologize for the inconvenience and to ask a repetitive question. Her response: “If you’re gonna be like ‘dat’, then I suggest you call another agency. ” And hung up the phone on me. When I called back to speak to the owner, I was asked to leave a message. So here is my message. Be better. Hire better. Do better. This was such a nasty experience.
