The entire Royce Weddings team was a vital part of our big day and planning process. They did a great job of keeping us on track, from venue booking, helping us with invitations, rentals and other items. We were able to get our venue booked at a much better rate thanks to her team’s work! They are as professional as they come, and are always thinking ahead for us. Everything on the day-of ran smoothly and as planned! Flora, Allison and their team were always making sure we were comfortable and taken care of on our wedding day. Great wedding planner team!

My wife and I were so glad that we chose Royce Weddings as our wedding planner. Flora and her team were very easy to work with. They are very professional, patient, flexible and resourceful. Even though they are located in Los Angeles and our wedding is in the SF bay area, communication was never a problem. Having them as our wedding planner really saved us a lot of time preparing for the big day. Their presence on the wedding day also makes sure everything goes smoothly as planned. Even if anything has gone wrong, I'm sure they would take care of it perfectly with contingency plans. Huge thanks and absolute recommend!

This was my first experience talking to a wedding planner, and boy was it a disappointment. My better half arranged the appointment with a lady named Catherine (why don't anyone have last names here and no LinkedIn footprint!? Shady), and we met her and a guy who just sat there the whole meeting. I swear he spoke no more than 5 words so not sure what his role was; I thought he was weird (skinny, Chinese accent, awkward and a bit nerdy looking), and he was staring at me the whole time and made me feel very uncomfortable. The entire meeting was actually quite uncomfortable. Catherine would ask an extremely general question like what kind of wedding are you thinking of and when I answer, she on purposely creates an uncomfortable silence to get us to say more. It really reminded me of my PhD orals, but it was my understanding that a wedding planner was supposed to guide you and make you feel comfortable during a stressful period that involves so many moving parts. If we knew exactly what we wanted before walking in your door, we wouldn't need a planner in the first place. I see all positive reviews here with Flora mentioned many times; I don't doubt her skill, but that's not the person we met. If she observed our meeting with Catherine, she would be crazy not to fire her (and the weird dude). We've obviously decided not to use these guys and have moved on talking to other planners (second one we experienced was night-and-day.). I have come to learn that the wedding industry, much like real estate and fashion/luxury goods, is a mess and full of what I call wishy-washy people who talk a lot. Like transportation, food, finance, music, etc.one or more of us are going to modernize this industry and actually make this process transparent so getting overcharged and underserved will become the exception rather than the norm.

We could not have asked for a better team to help us through the planning process for our big day! From day one, they were professional, informative, and quick to respond. Even when we asked questions we thought might be silly, they gave us prompt, useful answers. Best of all, they were always two steps ahead. They were fantastic at sourcing vendors who could create the atmosphere we wanted, and they sorted out every tiny detail so our wedding day would be perfect. All of our guests kept telling us how relaxed we looked, and we owe it entirely to the hard work from Royce! We always felt like a priority to them. We highly recommend them!

Royce Weddings was the perfect pick! They were available to talk any time I had a question or worries, and they fixed anything I wasn’t comfortable with. They not only helped with the big things, they even guided me through the little details to make sure I had an expert’s opinion on everything.

On the wedding day itself, a couple little things changed from what we had originally discussed, but they were right there to make the necessary decisions, and things ended up even better than what we had first planned! I absolutely recommend them to everyone who’s hiring a wedding event planner!

Planning a wedding is a lot of work, and the last month in particular is crazy. I really don't think I could have maintained my sanity without her help! Flora was patient, kind, responsive, professional, detailed and thorough. She thought of things that I hadn't even thought of to consider and made sure that everything was ticked and tied leading up to the wedding, including creating an extensive run of show. She even helped us find a videographer three weeks before the big event! I was relieved to know that day of she and her team were there making sure that all of the details were in place and that things ran smoothly. Thank you, Royce!
