ROYSAUTOREPAIR IN UPLAND

I was sent by American Tires for alignment, it’s three pm on a Friday. But they have two cars to finish and can’t fit the alignment in. Really do you only have two workers in your shop. That’s three hours before your posted closing time. He also mentions American Tires didn’t call and they are suppose too. I called and asked, they said no it’s a favor to refer people. They do not have set rules in place. So much for that amazing customer service.

Would recommend Roy's Auto. They quoted a price that was reasonable, promptly did the work and clearly explained everything that they did. I trust this shop.

Overall a great place to get your car fixed. I find it hard to find a mechanic who is honest and reliable but this place you have both! I highly recommend.
