They don’t answer questions and just dance around it and once you call them out. They get mad and start the name calling.

R&R was so helpful and attentive in our car purchase. Heath was awesome with negotiating finances and making sure I drove out of the lot with the car safe as can be. Such a smooth process, thank you guys!

I recently was looking for a sporty car with quality and that i knew could last me awhile. As soon as I walked into R&R auto group's lot i saw a car that caught my eye. I asked if i could test drive it and they let me no problem, i fell in love with the car. My car sales man Winger took me under his wing and gave me all the information that i needed to know about the car. The car had a lightly cracked wind shield and a maintenance light was on. They took my car in no problem and got done what needed to get done. They hooked me up with a great deal! If you are looking for a car in the area I highly suggest looking at R&R auto group, they won’t let you down and their team there is amazing! 10/10 recommend

Attempted to do business with them on Black Friday. Decent enough 2006 2500 Diesel on the lot, drove it, liked it and went inside to talk numbers. That’s when things took a turn… Right away they push credit apps even when I said I would like to buy the truck cash and just wanted a couple thousand off the price for various small issues the truck had…. Mainly the airbag, check engine light, and battery wire light but also the brakes “looked” low to me and some trim pieces were missing inside. The sales manager starts filling out a typical four square sheet even though I keep insisting I would prefer a cash deal. Asks about a trade in, gave a lower than KBB offer even after I showed the private party appraisal for this specific type of sports car. At this point I may have been losing my patience when he comes back with how’s $650 a month for the truck? We were stunned I said how about $0 a month and we pay cash? That’s when he lost his temper and starts screaming at my me in front of my wife and 4yr old son saying how “I can’t afford it” and “I have been wasting his time” that’s when we get up to leave and he makes some snide comment about how that was a good idea. I load my son and wife in the car we came in and ask him calmly what I had done to offend him and I just wanted to make a deal on this truck. That’s when he stormed off to get the “owner” or whoever. He seemed like an alright guy but the deal was soured. Ended up driving further to Norco Truck center and paying more for a 5.9 truck with lower miles but they were nice people and even bought our family lunch so we can’t recommend them more. I now know why R&R had a crowd of people when they opened but I was alone in the closing office. Very sad experience.

Horrible customer service and even worse vehicles, test drove a 2005 Silverado 2500 advertised in good condition. Alignment was shot as well as the brakes. Truck had a brass ball valve on the heater core line and smelled badly of coolant, was leaking diesel from the fuel filter housing and had horrible blow by. Upon bringing these issues to the sales persons attention i asked about pricing on other vehicles in the lot to which i was told “i have 3 deals going down inside” as he walked off. Will never visit this circus again.

This place is a gem. I found my truck here and I'm very happy about my purchase. Winger helped me get right and I thank him for it. Don't hesitate come see for yourself.

They sold me a car that immediately had hidden issues. Left the lot excited and so happy to finally have a car, only for the engine light to turn on. Came back and they “fixed” the issue, except all they did what put duct tape over a hole in the intake tube that they didn’t bother to mention. I contacted them AGAIN and they said they could fix whatever issue was happening, but there was no way in hell I trusted them after that. After that, I just decided to drive the car home and take it to someone I actually trusted, in which they discovered more issues this dealership tried to hide. Expect dishonesty and money hungry people from this place. Not to mention they wouldn’t even budge a few hundred dollars on a 2008 car with 150k+ miles, don’t expect a good deal.

I've purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership was going for my 6th vehicle but the salesman was not up to par he didn't know what he was saying he kept confusing my family members with friends and was super unprofessional prefer buying from Ben or John this guy just wasted my hole afternoon i would have been satisfied if he would have just put is more effert.

I had an absolute pleasure purchasing my dream Jeep from this place. And soon as I walk in Winger made me feel like I was at the right place. Gave me the greatest greeting and took great care of me. I can't thank him and Heath for fighting them banks and getting me the perfect numbers. I can't wait for all the adventures for me and my family lying ahead.

Easy 5 stars! Heath made the purchase worth every dime, perfect service, everything was straight from the textbook!

I Just bought a jeep from R&R and was hands-down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle if you want customer service this is the place to go they will take care of you and make sure everything is good before you take the vehicle and will back it up for days to come. They went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything I felt like not only did they treat me with respect but I also felt like I walked away with Making long-term friends with everyone that work there I will definitely buy another vehicle from this group in the future. Terrible customer service and the owner Ben is worse then his salesmen. Don't know how he's still in business. Ben's cocky, arrogant and extremely rude.

Called 4 different times about a truck after submitting credit app, just for a day later the truck to be sold while still waiting for a response back.

Looking for a reliable vehicle? You must stop by and see the wingman! Super friendly & very helpful! I guarantee you will come out with a sweet deal from here!
