I first reached out to RR Electric less than three months ago when I needed my generator serviced. The company that originally installed the generator was non responsive and ended up going out of business.

The employee, Rodrigo Estrada who serviced my air conditioner and heater is an excellent employee. He thoroughly cleaned and replaced items in the outdoor unit which took him several hours of hard work. Not only his excellent work ethic but a personality which is kind, informative and professional Any company is very lucky to have him on their staff. I would like him to be the regular service person in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding heating and air-conditioning company, and I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with their services. We would like to express our appreciation to Richard owner of RR Heating and Air Conditioning for a 24-hour replacement due to a newborn in the home. Luis Machado Comfort Advisor arrived greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor and took the time to listen attentively to our concerns. Way overpriced. Wanted over $15,000 for an AC unit replacement (2.5 ton). Unit costs about $5k new. $10k in labor to swap the unit out seems pretty overpriced in my opinion. When I stated the price was high, I got a lot of hard-selling about labor costs, overhead costs, permitting costs, etc.

They were fast to come on site to look and provide a quote. But a ballpark figure over the phone would have saved them a trip.

One annoying thing is that the dispatcher asked over and over again if I was the homeowner. Like every call asked if I was the homeowner. Felt like she suspected me of lying or something…. Sheesh.

I’d recommend getting a quote from this company, only so you know what the absolute max price of your project will be.

My service tech, Gary, showed up for an AC emergency service call on time and was extremely courteous. After asking about the problem he was able to have our old system up and running again within 10 mins. The AC system is more than 20 years old and the 1996 water heater is barely clinging to life. I already planned on replacing these items within the next year and decided to ask Gary if he could discuss replacement options with me. He sat with me for more than an hour and schooled me on my options so I had a start for my bidding research. I followed up that visit with three highly rated AC companies and was disheartened after meeting with other agents who were condescending, rude, and overall shady business people trying to sell me things I didn’t need. When I finished with these other bids, I asked Gary why he didn’t push those higher expenses on me, and he said it was because, after discussing my current and future needs from appliances, he felt comfortable recommending to me the things that actually made sense. No agent came across with as much integrity, knowledge and professionalism as Gary. Although only one other company tried to match my RR electric quote, it was Gary’s overall friendliness, experience, and honesty that gave my family the confidence to trust RR with the AC & water heater bid. Yes, Gary is the reason we chose RR Electric. My only regret will be that Gary won’t be one of the employees on-site installing my systems.

Technician very knowledgeable, gladly answer my questions in regard to issues found and explained in details the repair to be done, done within an hour or so. Very pleased with the results.

Tuom and Dave did an excellent job fixing some outlets that stopped working. In addition to the initial task, Dave also helped fix some other wiring in the house. Super professional and clear communication.

Dave came, he did his job very efficiently and with courtesy. I would cal Rr again. He did electrical analysis and found my problem and talked to the Edison rep to make make sure my needs were communicated clearly.

RR Electric is a very easy company to work with. Overall, they were responsive to my questions and requests, they arrived within the indicated window, and they worked professionally - while being efficient, friendly, and accommodating. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain why what they were doing was necessary (e.g, no ground on the existing system & melted shutoff in addition to malfunctioning compressor), and they made sure they cleaned up at the end of each day. They also made sure we knew how to operate the system before leaving and that they had addressed any remaining questions. I would have no problem recommending this company to someone or using them again if the need arises.

When my light fixture didn’t work I, called RR Electric, Heating and Air. The next day, they notified me that their Technician Tuom was on his way. When Tuom arrived, he was very friendly professional, courteous and explained the problem. He went above and beyond. They installed and set up a new HVAC system. Very professional and install went without a problem. They cleaned up after they were done. Very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I give them the highest recommendation. Followup - Technician Jaime came out to check my system, etc - he was clean, neat, friendly and very efficient. After checking and inspecting my system he had a few recommendations which he politely shared. I am still very impressed with this company.

Had occasion to have R&R do an electrical inspection recently. The young man, Hunter, who did inspection was friendly and thorough. I continue to be impressed with this company.
