Run! Tried to call their office several times to report leak on the roof for 2 of our offices but all they say is they will get back to us or that there is note on the account that they are waiting for the owner to advise when they can start to fix the issue. Take note that we have been making follow ups with them for 6 months but no action has actually been made. Their office personnel also has attitude when you speak to them over the phone.

Worst Company property owners could hire to manage their properties and force their tenants to have to deal with people who are rude like this company. They don’t return calls or make repairs needed even if they tell a tenant to their face they will handle the situation. This company is a joke. They give no service nor respect tenants that keep them in business. I have worked long enough with the best of companies and professionals in my lifetime to know what respectful and quality service is. I would stay far away from this company if you don’t want your tenants to sue you and them.

Avoid moving HERE AT ALL COSTS - these properties are disgustingly managed, you’re scammed out of every deposit and fee even when it’s always their issue - and a plethora of other issues. If you’re looking for a reliable place to live it is not a unit owned by RST.
