Rubio's Coastal Grill, San Jose CA

Short staff. Ended up driving to this location to discover they were short staffed and ask me to order online while in the store and pick up after 15 minutes. The manager was on a lunch break at the location having lunch and was the only person. This is ridiculous!

Very delicious and healthy food. Little expensive though! I always wait for their coupons/deals on their app.

It is not a good idea to enjoy the meal here, because we have got a horefull super dry meat and it does not deserve the current price at all)

I'm Keto and Rubio's has delicious keto options. Today I had the Langostino bowl with cauliflower rice and no beans. The best!

Good fresh seafood buritos. Self served fountain soda. Coke products available. Clean dining area with plenty of seats. Shared parking lot with plaza.

The staff at this location is great, but only when they are working. Most of the time, they are short staff, and the restaurant is closed until the time they decide to choose. Save yourself a trip to this location until you are sure that they are open.

Best burrito I've had in San Jose, I definitely need to try out other items. The place was pretty clean and they even have a salsa bar, I liked all their salsas, although although I personally didn't find them too be spicy, and you can also find lime and lemon wedges, and cilantro with onion at the salsa bar. I had their California chicken burrito which is a pretty big burrito, and it came with a side of chips so that's a nice bonus!

Giving it a 5 star review with great quality food and excellent service of the manager on duty - 19th evening.

We ordered online and the order got mixed up where all the toppings got removed on 2 orders. This was due to the way the online ordering tool is designed, no fault of the store manager.

The manager offered to remake the orders and when we went back to pick those up, he was really nice to talk to as well.

Kudos to a great customer experience. Will certainly be dining at this location another time.

Love it! The fish tacos are amazing I always get them with chips & beans with a coconut water.

Good food but this location is always closed when it says they’re open. It’s extremely frustrating.

The manager Alejandra was rude just because she was working on a big order and didn’t want to give me extra salsas.

This San Jose location is NOT good. The bowl I ordered was 80% rice. I basically paid $12 for a large bowl of mediocre rice. Significantly worse than the other locations.

This is one of the best places to order great tasting shrimp period! I enjoyed having the al pastor shrimp bowl for lunch. There is a lot of seats available including outside seating and the waiting time is around 5 to 10 min. I definitely recommend

Worst delivery order experience ever! Nothing was labeled, they left out 2 orders and food looked like they just threw it all together without any thought. Our group lunch order was over $300 and we had to open everything up to see what is what and even then there were missing custom orders. Do not ever order for group delivery here.especially during lunch time!
