8I love the Taco Trio here at Rubios! This is my favorite dish of them. I always add the chips and beans just to finish it off, the lime salsa is my favorite, the other salsa options are great aswell. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Went yesterday for my lunch break since it's in the same plaza as my job, ordered a shrimp burrito and when I got it I was shocked at how thin it was, normal length for a burrito but for $12 my fingers were able to wrap around it while holding it.looked like something made for a child. If I spent $12 at Chipotle or even less at a taco truck at least I know it's gonna be packed.
My favorite place to eat! You have to try the Mexican street corn shrimp tacos! I can't get enough of them. The melted cheese on the tortilla and what ever sauce they use is. Amazing.my only knock on the place is no matter how clean the tables are they always have a "sticky" feeling to them.
A little chilly inside, but the food and service and overall experience was outstanding! Had the Mexican street corn bowl with grilled veggies! Husband loved the salsa bar!

Food is good but tables are always sticky! So if you must order get it to go or bring your own cleaning wipes
First time to eat here. The staff was wonderful and the fish tacos plate was delicious. Well worth eating here!
For a fast food type place the food was really good.very flavorful and filling.the tables needed to be wiped down.
