Rudy's Hideaway Lobsterhouse reviews
16Excellent service and best lobsta roll ever! Most importantly zero cartilage and zero shells! Go to cousins if you want shell. The escargot amazing! The only complaint the fries just slightly greasier than I like.
As usual, on a weekend, this place is really busy but we are able to walk in and get seating for 3 without reservations in about 25 minutes. The food was excellent and our server was on point. Thanks, Rudy's Hideaway for another great meal.
We were a birthday party of 8 and the service and food was flawless. Thanks to our waiter for great service. I wish I could remember his name. We were there on the 24th of September so if Rudy reads this he can figure out who he was. He should get a raise.
The Happy Hour Prime Rib Tacos were excellent. Can't wait to try the Clam Chowder.
My daughter and I had the September lobster special and it was a good amount of lobster and tasty. The bartender and our server were first class. Will definitely go back soon.
I’d like to say thank you to our waiter that had excellent service. His name is Chris and he helped us make up our minds on what to order and we ordered the lobster potstickers which were absolutely amazing and the prime rib meals. My wife and I met Steve the owner and he told us that if we wanted to we could request Chris to be our waiter again next time we come back which I think was pretty cool. This place is awesome. Yeah the atmosphere is great and the place is definitely busy! The best prime rib my wife and I have ever had! Thank you Chris and Steve!
Very good service.good serving of food and flavor and ambience is not bad we sat in the tight corner so its okay.
It was busy
but we still got pretty good service. I ordered the lobster special and girlfriend got seafood Louie. Both meals were delicious.
We held my father's surprise birthday party here and it was amazing. They made everything easy and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend Rudy's
Went here tonight for the 1st time. I ordered a lobster tail 8-10 oz.with a side of clam chowder. The chowder had a good flavor but was so thick it wasn’t really soup. My husband had the lobster bisque which was much better. My lobster tail arrived and was cold. It was not 8-10 oz.but more like 3-4 oz. For a price of over $55, you would think it’s a decent size tail and worth the price. I buy lobster tails frequently so I know the difference between a 3 oz vs. 8 oz. Very disappointing after reading a review that this was a great spot to eat.
I have heard of this place but never been here. It's on the old US 50 parallel to the new highway 50. Easy access. I sat and had lunch at the bar at 2: 00. It was quiet but the food was great and came out very quick. Nice clean place. I would recommend it. The staff were very nice including the bartender was overly sweet.
Never disappoints! The only thing that could be better is how long it takes for the food to come out.
Excellent restaurant! Food is perfect every time, service is always great and friendly. My absolute FAVORITE restaurant in town!
Usually get the double cheeseburger but on the suggestion of Marisol our server I tried the Kobe burger and it was exceptional. Will be coming back
Came here for my birthday. Everything was perfect, everyone was nice, everyone made me feel special! The acknowledgement I received was personable.
Food was perfect! We had the clam chowder, and the prime rib that came with asparagus and potatoes. Their Lemon Drop cocktail was delicious as well.
This is definitely a "hideaway" spot! The outside looked bare but when you go inside it's like a new world!
Way over priced for 3 little shrimp in the 4 lobster ravioli dish. Saturated with too much sauce.
Such a classic! My guilty pleasure.
I usually get the Seafood Cobb Salad, and I am never disappointed. Great place for a business lunch, too.
