Dr. Ruetenik was terrific! He was pinch hitting for a colleague and delivered a great solution for my issue during my post op visit. I gladly recommend him for his extensive knowledge and great demeanor interacting with patients- even though not his own!

My appointment was scheduled at 3: 45. At 3: 46 when I was parked at the parking lot, the office called and said they would have to reschedule. I was told that the doctor had two other appointments, one at 4: 00 and one at 4: 30. So you were planning to see a new patient for just 15 minutes?
I told the receptionist on the phone that I drove all the way from Carlsbad and had to arrange child care for a newborn in order to make the trip. She assumed her fake sympathetic voice to say how sorry she was but then
blamed me for not arriving 10 minutes early as they informed me in the email. I hung up and went back to the email - nowhere did it mention the 10 minutes early requirement.
Greedy office that squeezes patients in for 15 minutes, and lying staff that blame the patients for their fault.
Nice clean office, friendly snd patient staff, they got me in next day when I told them how much pain I had! Dr. Ruetenik is very kind, explains everything he'll be doing. I've had matrixcectomy done by other Drs.before but my toes never looked so good right after the procedure as it did today. Highly recommend this practice!
