My carpeting certainly presented a challenge, since it was in our ‘pop-up Covid home office’ formerly known as our living room. The Rug’it owner himself came, arriving on time and delivering great, friendly, professional service. I will definitely get carpet cleaning again, as well as new carpeting installed through them.

OMG! My rugs are like new! The pale blue rug was a sight thanks to my Frenchie! They cleaned it twice and I can’t believe how beautiful it is! My floral rug looks like new! I used Rug’It last year for a large Mexican rug that smelled of Bulldogs and came back refreshed and like new! Isaac recommended a certain vacuum cleaner that would keep them looking good with regular vacuuming. I got it and am now committed to the challenge:) This company is outstanding!

Called Wednesday morning and they had new Nylon carpet for my damaged carpet by Thursday afternoon! Zero issues and very accommodating, and I'm very happy!

Updating this to say it’s been 4x we have used Rug’it. This time we found out that our dog was using a secret part of our rug to do her business inside when she was pouting (bad dog!).
