Went here today and Did not appreciate the service we were given. The guy that sold us the shoes (short, brown skin tone) guy wasn’t very attentive. His tone of voice asking my husband a question compared to the customer that came after us was totally different. We came in before them, but for some reason he cared more about helping them than my husband. Wasn’t sure if because they look more intimidating or something else. He gave my husband 3 shoes to try and didn’t even try to give us more knowledge about the shoes or suggest other ones like he did with the other person.

Impressive! The gentleman at the store watched me run on the treadmill for 6 seconds, and said "How old were you when you broke your ankle? Let me get you the shoes that support that ankle best. " Well he was spot on, and I've never looked back. I've sent everyone in my family here and it's been a great experience.

The rude sales guy looks like he hasn’t ran a day in his life. Clearly a scam, selling Hoka’s to anyone who doesn’t understand that a higher stack height doesn’t automatically mean better foot health. Does not take into account the concept of heel to toe drop, just trying to push out whichever shoes are in stock. Would not take advice from someone who clearly doesn’t run or exercise, much better off looking at YouTube reviews. Much better prices online, better color selection, etc. Surprised the shop is still open.

Jarro (unsure on spelling) was SO amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable on what I needed to fit my lifestyle and feet needs. 12/10 customer service. 100% will be coming back walked out with 3 new pairs of shoes. Very glad we stopped.

I have only recently discovered this store. I used to buy shoes at discount bix box stores and I had foot problems. I visited Runners Lane and bought shoes there. The shoes were more than i expected to pay but what a difference, i could walk without pain. I will be back for additional pairs of shoes.

Great customer service which is often absent these days. We were promptly greeted by the salesman. He measured my wife's feet (when was the last time anyone did that?) and asked what kind of running shoes my wife was looking for. He brought out two pair and voila! Good shoes, good service, fair prices.

Fantastic Runner's Store.staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Whether a first time running gear/shoes purchaser or a veteran runner.they have what you need to help you be successful and meet your goals.

If you are a local from the area or just visiting from out of town, they will make you feel welcome and looked after.

Joel was the most patient and helpful sales associate I've ever had in a running store! Each selection he brought out was better than the last. I feel confident I might the best choice and can't wait to get out there running.

Nice local spot with great customer service. I went in browsing for shoes and also looking for something to make my old chukkas look less old. I soon met Harold, who was super nice and actually ended up polishing my shoes for free with beeswax. No pressure to buy, just helpful advice. While waiting for the shoes I observed other sales people and they also seemed to be giving thoughtful legitimate care to the other customers. Good work guys. Thanks again

I'm writing a review because I bought literally the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn here. I am beyond pleased with the service here and am happy that I invested in some solid running shoes from here. If you want high quality shoes, come here for your running shoe needs
