Running Performance and Therapy reviews
5Super helpful and a cool experience too! I learned more about what contributes to running while also gaining a better understanding of my body’s mechanics!
Pablo is not only a good physical therapist, he’s an avid runner so he knows what a runner needs to avoid injuries and enhance performance. During my recent visit, he performed thorough analysis of my running gait using state of the art equipment to point out my strengths and weaknesses. After the evaluation, he recommended which exercises for me to perform in order to strengthen my weaknesses. Long story short, Pablo is the PT to go to if you are a runner and you care about your running future.
COVID was the reason I finally started running to lose some excess covid weight. Little did I know how easy it is to get injured with bad form and running techniques. My knees and ankles started acting up really badly, causing me to stop running for weeks. My good friend referred me to Pablo and said that he’d be able to help given his background as an accomplished runner. Wow- my friend was right! Pablo helped me with correcting my form and I haven’t been injured in a while. Finished my first half marathon not too long ago:)
Really amazing experience, told me every little thing I needed to know and had really good technology!
Pablo is knowledgeable and has good clinical skills. I am always fascinated when watching his assessment and listening to his analysis. He explains well the issues and how to address them. His skills and personalized treatment program help clients recover from injuries and improve their performance.
