Worst place to by parts ever! Stay away from this dealer, waiting time always is 2-3 hours due to only one guy that’s selling parts.
Horrible place!

Quick diagnostic and completion of work. They keep you updated through the process. From drop off, to when truck is being looked at, what the problem/problems are once found, estimate price and time, all through to completion.

Don’t go here, They have NO regard for your time. They will leave you stranded and hanging without telling you anything! A big waste of time!
Management, if you read this, if you have a driver waiting, FIX THE TRUCK AND GET THEM OUT OF THERE!

It’s been a very bad experience took my truck last Monday to get my front radar detector fix I had it diagnosed by peterbilt in Las Vegas so I know what’s wrong with it well it’s been a week and they can’t diagnose it there tech can’t figure it out so they will pass it on to a lead tech tomorrow ok so one week went bye they did nothing cmon I bought a peterbilt thinking it was the best I should of bought a frieightliner. At least truck stops can work on it and get you rolling. I love this peterbilt I got it’s just this experience I’m having here make me regret getting a peterbilt I have never been thru this usually I know what going on in a few hours but one week and nothing

Stopped off to pick up a clutch pedal I had on will call. Glad I did cause I keep forgetting I needed a light. Saw the Rig Tough wall and thought I'd share.

I spend 5 hours here and they are still working on my truck. I will be glad when they get done with it so I can get back on the road.

Great place to buy truck gear after everything is closed since there open in till midnight, give them a call (they might have it).

Rush is a great company to work for, I had great experiences and met some good people. I can’t thank Jason Westall enough for getting me the job with Rush and helping me with where I am today, he is great at what he does and is very helpful with anything you may need. He cares about employees, checks up on you to ensure you’re doing well and everything at work is going good.

Nice dieler but the parts tender take for ever to get the rigth part all ways play around and make the people waste time w yokes and fun

Slow super slow didn't see anyone working on anything trucks just sitting hoods open but no mechanics

Worse customer service I've ever dealt with. They don't follow thru. They don't return calls. Which to me is very important. Too bad.

Place is just short of a joke. They give false ETAs to make you think they’ll be done soon, when they haven’t even taken a look at the truck. This place is supposed to be a Peterbilt “Rapid check” and it was 8 hours before they even took my truck into the shop. Told that it’d be out shortly, then an hour later, a couple of hours, then within minutes. Needless to say, all of those updates were 6 hours ago. Save yourself and GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you want to keep your sanity, take your business elsewhere. All of these hours for an oil filter seal and an oil pressure sensor seal.

Rush truck center used sales took good care of me. I'm not giving 5 starts due to the fact that Rush is not prepared or have the knowledge on how to deal with tax exeption or exempt licensing for fire departments from other state's. I believe it's no fault to the local facility, but lack of preparation from corporate.

If I could give these ass clowns a negative 5 I would. There was one tech there that was off duty that was willing to help! As for the two behind the service counter I wouldn't have them working at Mc Donald's!

We are from Wisconsin and our alternator was going in our truck. We went to Rush, they were very nice to us. From the guy in parts, to the salesman, Humberto Martinez, that helped me with the soda machine, and to the kid that helped my husband with the new alternator; he was on his break. Thank you so much for all the help!

Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to sit here for three weeks and pay a lots and lots of money

Kept my truck 15 days to decontaminate the def system and I had to keep calling in for updates.very bad service, don't do it!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Marcus - salesman for used trucks is HORRIBLE to try and deal with. Look at their reviews before purchasing anything from here!

It was excellent service for professional drivers. Alex the service desk clerk was the best customer service employee I know.

This place sucks charges 5000.00 to donwork but they forget to get a call in for the update for the truck closed doors at 8pm and said all well.if they only understand what time actually was here at 9am to 8pm for dfe filter replace and then here the second day waiting on an update sorry excuse of a shop.you have been warned!
