It was great working with Melissa. She understood I was in a time constraint. Her and Mel took care of me and gave me the ability to test drive, pick the car at lunch and get all my paper work good to go by the time a came back in the afternoon after work!

Found a really great car online and came next day after Mike from sales told me to come see it. I live in San Pedro and drove the 2 hours one Saturday afternoon for them to unprofessional tell me that the car was sold an hour before I arrived. I have no issue with the car selling g but they could have at least told me as we were texting in constant communication

Had the best experience at Audi Westlake Village all thanks to Omar. If you’re going in anytime soon I highly recommend working with him. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for & that the whole process was smooth and efficient. I can’t recommend him enough.

I went to this dealer because they had an SQ7 that I was interested in buying. I walked around the car in their lot, checked it out, and no one approached me. I went inside because they had one in the showroom, I looked around at the 3-4 available salesmen and no one even acknowledged me. I opened the car up (all doors and hood), checked out the interior, sat inside it (all three rows), waited about 15 minutes and no one even did as much as glanced at me.

My friend warned me of their poor customer service from years ago, but I thought maybe they had a bad day or they’ve changed. But clearly, they haven’t changed. By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be going to the Audi in Oxnard instead.

Mike Jaber made buying my 2023 A3 easy! I was looking for a Pre-Owned 2023 A3 with under 10,000 miles in a specific color with Black Optics. I had my OTD price that I needed to stick with as I wanted to pay cash. I had contacted several other dealerships who wouldn’t negotiate on their price. When Mike contacted me from the first email he was willing to work with me and my budget. I got exactly the car I wanted, at the OTD price and am very happy with my new A3! I would highly recommend Mike Jaber and Rusnak Audi!

I had such a great experience working with the team at Rusnak. This is my second Audi but my first purchased with this dealership. I initially went in just to look at new models and I was unsure if I would end up trading in my Q3 for a new car or just keep driving it a bit longer. Harrison was so great to work with. He spent a lot of time with me to answer questions and test drive different models to find the right fit for me. Joe, the Sales Manager, was very helpful with pricing and the team was incredibly accommodating and patient. Nia was also great with the end steps of purchasing and financing. I ended up trading in my Q3 for a new Q5 and I'm super happy with it!

I was looking for a good used car, one that was larger than the A3 I had. My husband spoke with Melissa and she was able to show us the perfect car for me. A Q3. I have driven it for a week and love it.

Honestly I’ve heard a lot of bad rep when it comes to dealerships, especially used dealerships. And I did not like German/European manufacturers. However I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did!

However Audi Westlake was honestly has most helpful staff in the car business. Harrison, Oscar and Geno and their manager (JOHN I think) were amazing and helped me every step of the way to get me the car I wanted.

I recommend them if you’re in the market for an Audi Westlake / Rusnak. They have the most friendly staff and numerous financial services and safety for your vehicle. Will always take my car to them to get serviced just so I’ll be able to see them and chat with them.

Very easy process and such a great experience. This location is about 40 miles from me so I was weary to come if it wasn’t worth it. The numbers they quoted me over the phone were what I was given in person (they even ended up knocking a little off) and they had everything ready to go for me. Huge thanks to Harrison and Omar for both being really helpful salesmen who didn’t try any shady sales tactics. Everyone who works here is so nice. Jacob is the best service advisor! I had a big electrical issue (my Q7 was purchased used from CarMax). I had an out of the norm tough electrical issue to diagnose that Jacob worked tirelessly on. Since I had purchased an extended warranty through Carmax called “Maxcare” Jacob had to make numerous phone calls to ensure everything got covered as expected. He dealt with over one hour wait times with MaxCare on more than one occasion. His clear communication with them ensured everything was covered for me. He kept me posted throughout the entire process and made sure I had a loaner car that would fit my 3 kids, treated me with the most respect, patience and kindness. I’m proud a proud customer, and it’s based off of my on-going positive experiences with Jacob and his team! Thank you!
