22 I’ve been going to Ruznak for years, and as far as service, and service staff, it doesn’t get better! They are courteous, informative, and very professional. That said I’m done with BMW.nothing to do with Ruznak, however I purchased a 2012 550i a few years ago, and have put more money into the car than the purchase price. My passenger restraint light come on the morning I had my tuneup appointment. Simple.right, new sensor, or loose cable? No, $2,000 for a sensor pad that has to be replaced under the leather. Oh, cracked strut, $1,600. For those who have the deep pockets, BMW is a great ride, for those who have mortgages, think twice!

The service advisor was great, but my car was returned with grease stains on the white leather seat and door handles for a second time. This happened once before, so I was a bit disappointed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.
Great service, clean facility, nice folks and they always have my car ready when promised and it’s always cleaner than when I dropped it off.

Our original contact was with Roger who was not very helpful. Later we worked with Carol Umles who was wonderful. Once we purchased the vehicle, the tech genius, Jordan Kingston, was very knowledgeable and explained all of the gadgets that make the car work. Carol and Jordan made our car purchase a pleasant experience.

Mike Powell was very professsional and helped me with the situation. He let me know that it was covered under the manufactierr’s warranty but more importantly he really wanted to make sure the 550i would be performing as it should. He is the master of Under promise and over deliver. The turn around was super fast and he made sure everything was done 100%. Great experience.
Tig took it upon himself to make sure my car got all the diagnostic checks and was quick to call me to check if I wanted to go through with the recommended fixes. They made my service appointment last only one day and had a choice of loaners for me to pick from.
Service Department is severely defective. Use great caution. On November 16,2018 they did a complete brake job on our 2016 M6 Competition that resulted in a complete brake failure (dashboard warning, pedal collapse, etc.) the very next day WHILE DRIVING ON THE 5 FREEWAY TO SAN DIEGO. STAY TUNED FOR THE BMW REPORT and HOW RUSNAK AUTO GROUP RESPONDED TO THEIR FAILURE THAT ALMOST KILLED US.
Customer Service is great.just need to put more Donut's out when it runs out.waited 1 hr & 30 minutes for my car to finish.in waiting
Paddle shifters weren't working. Maps kept me informed as the progress was made.everything was "A-1", including a car wash when the car was completed!
Took a shot and walked in to see if they had soon for and oil change/standard service; they were able to get me in and gave me a 1-3 hour window because of the last minute appointment. I was in and out of BMW within 45 minutes as they knew I was in a Bhutto due to the fires in the surrounding areas. Zach was great. Thanks for making everything go so smooth.
I used to service my 2011 BMW 328i Convertible. Service Advisor Mike Powell always did his best to look after my car. Sadly I replaced my BMW to a Mercedes but I would come back when I return to BMW in the future.
Service Manager Shawn Jordan is fabulous at his job and is the very definition of customer care. From responsiveness to scheduling to sharing information to connecting me with Zach to making sure I was taken care of, he scores 110%.
My experience was perfect in every way. They handled all the details of turning in my leased Lexus - including paying off the last 2 payments - to then put me in a new X5. Flawless, painless process. Great inventory to choose from.
