Submitted an online inquiry for a quote and they had someone out to me the same week. Was able to schedule the actual cleaning for a following Saturday, which was extremely convenient considering my work schedule.
The actual cleaner was on time and very courteous. He did a great job on the carpets, considering there were a few spots that were very heavily soiled. Overall, very satisfied with the service, quality, and timeliness. Their cleaning services are not the cheapest in the area, but they are certainly worth the money and I would recommend them for carpet cleaning.
