This car wash is so much better than the smaller gas station ones, definitely cleaner car after this wash. Also many vacuum stations available!

I have to say this place is very clean, the vacuums work efficiently and they employ people to come to your car after washing to spot dry your car. Very courteous too. This is my go to car wash since coming to HB! I also know they did auto detailing too!

Good deal for the price. They keep up with equipment maintenance and vacuums always work well.

Fast, inexpensive. They will towel dry your car. Uses rubber scrubbers, I think, not plastic like some gas station washes. I would like to find softer cotton like scrubbers similar to hand wash that didn't cost $30+.
Overall good deal compared to some others.

I go every week on Sunday. $7 and the last month it’s turned into the absolute WORST. I’m done wasting my time and $. I can spend $3 more dollars and my car will actually not have dirt on it. I get I only spend $7 a week, but that’s $364 a year.

Employees expected to get tips even this is self service car wash, they gave attitude and dirty look when i didn't tip them. They later gave me hard time when i vacumn my car too detail and asked me to leave. Bad customer service

It is a good place for a quick wash.
Diamond wash is really good, but a little pricier.

I used their self dog service wash and when I handed dry my dog, employees told me to do it elsewhere, i told him my dog's very wet, i can't put into my car. Employees insisted me to paid more for blow dry. I did exactly what he said *paid more to used blow dry* but 5 minutes later, employees told me they did not like dog hairs, and asked me to leave even I still have 13 mins left on machine. I asked *why do you have dog service when you do not like dog hairs? It's prepaid self service so I can't take my money back.

I asked Miguel for help, he was very polite and helpul. You should hire more people like him.

Best place to take your car especially if it is a dark color. They actually know how to wash a dark car with out leaving swirl marks.
