Rsm is horrible for many reasons
Homework
1. They give way too much homework
2. The homework is mixed up into many topics and you can't properly learn how to do one topic
3. Most of the homework is stuff you haven't even learned in class and you have to ask for your parents' help

Teachers
1. The teachers are way to strict I had Ms. Lena and Ms. Prathima they won't even let me mute in zoom class even if someone was talking to me in my house.
2. They have so many rules they say i can't write my notes online and I told them I couldn't afford to buy a notebook right now and she said if I don't see a notebook next class on your table I will mark you absent. Both of them also said if you don't have your video on I will mark you absent and I had just been in the moving process of changing houses and my hotspot wasn't that good.

Classes
1. The teaching methods are very poor I am in 4th grade class and I can hardly understand half of what they are saying. They teach algerbra in 4th grade. The break time is 5-10 minutes and the class is around 2 hours that is way too less time.

Other reasons
1. It ended up getting so bad I begged my dad to ur-enroll me from Rsm.
2. The timings are horrible I have my class from 11: 25 to 1: 25 and by the time my class was over I felt like dying of hunger.

In conclusion I don't know what the whole hype and amazing reviews about Rsm are about.

Worst front office staff. Very in pleasant experience

I have had my children in RSM for many years now.
They have an outstanding team of teachers. This is one of the best choices we've made for our kids' education. Their challenging program teaches kids how to think logically and improves their problem solving skills.
Our 4 kids are best in math in their regular school because of RSM. I find RSM to be very competent and great in teaching for any grade.

Through smart tuition phone pay 2 times did not succeed, the school said was my account problem, I went to the bank checked 2 times, my checking account is in normal use, and there is no payment record of failure, so wait for the school to check their results over there, have any parents ever had this same problem?

I don't like the teachers but the information I gained was very helpful to me in school

This school is good if your kids want to learn little bit more than what they teach in regular school. Ms. Helena Roberts taught few courses to my kid (in Lynbrook location) before and she is an excellent teacher. They moved that location to Sunnyvale and that's not very convenient.
