Classic Bakersfield pizza chain with a pizza parlor type vibe indoors! We order our pizza thin crust, with extra sauce and cooked well done! Adding spicy chicken wing sauce on top is an amazing topping. Friendly staff, quick service.

Horrible customer service! Tables were dirty! I asked for lids for my cups and straws and I was ignored! I will not be back! I see why they weren't busy! They attitudes is what's causing their guests to leave and not come back!

I ordered a Pizza December 7,2021. It was overcooked, and tasted like a Bad Frozen Pizza. I have ordered from the Niles Street Rusty’s for a long time. The past couple times I was very disappointed. I will not order from there again. $22 for pizza, delivery and tip. I wanted to treat myself and was sadly disappointed again. Delivery guy was Sweet.

Pretty good pizza gets done at a fair amount of time for it's taste. Just a tiny bit pricey to my liking could go to another pizza place with the same money and have better tasting food. The wings were phenomenal best honey BBQ wings I've had in a while though!

Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce so where the heck is the sauce if I wanted dough and cheese i would have order cheese bread

I have always had a good experience with Rustys pizza, but the last 2 x I have ordered from them my daughter's pizza has been burnt to the point she won't even eat it!

First of all, the pizza tasted like crazy, second, when I specifically asked for 8 slices I got 12 so either h er the person I asked fir 8 slices didn't understand or the person who cut it doesn't know how to count.
Maybe I'm being immature about this hut when pay more money than wh a t a pizza is worth at least give me what I asked for.

This place had great customer service and the food came out really fast. I was there with my tball team and they had a great time. We had our own room where the kids could run and play with the arcades. The pan pizza was really good, some of the best I've tasted, and the garden salad and wings were on point.

The pizza was dry, the crust was like shoe leather.it looked like the box had been dropped, and it was way ok over priced for what it was. If we hadn't been starving & on the road all day. I would have trashed it.

The employees are ALWAYS very nice and welcoming and ALWAYS have deliveries on time. I love the fact that if ANYTHING happens to come up that should affect an order they call and let them know.

I love the food and the pizza and the service is great, but the place itself is nasty, crusty and there is big flys flying all over the restaurant

The pizza is great, but they need to work on their hygiene and cleanliness at the Niles location.
There was a heavy set guy with long shoulder length hair and a super long beard without a hair net. He was also not wearing gloves while touching our food even after coming back from the restroom.
There was also a girl with red hair preparing food in the back and she was texting while making the food, WITHOUT any gloves.
We got grossed out.

Pizza is verry delicious can wait to go back wish they had more games tho but the food 5 stars for sure
