Rusty's Pizza Parlor reviews
16Pizza was really good and everything was great, even though there was a delay with my order Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and was very helpful.
We have been customers with Rustys since the day they opened. Friendly staff, excellent food and service. If your looking for a place to hold a birthday party, this is the place.
Rusty's has been a staple in the Bakersfield area for many years and I can't think of another place in town I would rather have Pizza from.
My favorite place to get pizza. This time I ordered a 3 piece chicken and wedges and was so very pleasantly surprised to find 2 breasts and a drumstick. And the server was very nice and offered me plates, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese, so no dirty dishes to wash. The food I ate at my
Chicken doesn't always come out fresh from pressure cooker, has been sitting for a while, and don't always get the right ingredients on our pizza
Potato wedges are worth going for alone. Pizza is okay, but at times a bit greasy especially for the price. I hear the wings are to die for. All in all a nice pizza place.
When at 8: 30 PM and got told that we couldn’t eat inside because they’re about to close at nine so when we were waiting for our food people were still ordering at 8: 45 850 and even 9 PM will never be going to this place again because they even messed up our wing order we got charged for a 25 piece and got a 15 piece instead
Edit: i didnt talk to the manager because we drove 20 minutes home and started opening the food, it wasnt just about the food it was the customer service if that gentleman
We had a wonderful time there on Saturday night. Denny had excellent customer service skills and apologized for the wait due to short staffing, the pizza and super wedges were also delicious. We'll definitely be back. Please consider fairly staffing for high consumer times like Saturday night in order to maintain the hardworking employees you do already have.
I went the other night and as soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed. Danny and Rich were very friendly and provided a family safe atmosphere. I appreciate the hospitality and positivity that this Auburn location displays. This Rustys is the best in town and has the best pizza and wedges there is!
Danny gave us great customer service. Danny even came out on the floor to check on us and see how we were doing and how everything tasted. Something I have never seen done before so that was great to see that someone cares about their customers. Went in for a quick bite during a weekday and the pizza was sooo cheesy and the wedges were crispy. Thanks Danny and can't wait to go back again.
Rusty is one of my favorites my family has been their and loving all that they have even booking birthday party's for are little ones it's a blessing and their staff is always so awesome thank you rustys
Pizza is good and the food comes relatively quick, everything seems pretty clean as well so all in all 5 stars!
First timer (from Tulare) & that chorizo had me taking a dbl take at the slice in hand! Definitely will be back if ever in Bake again!
Service was very very Great from Mr Daniel. Pizza and Chicken wings was ver Delicious. Thankyou Rusty's.
Great wings. Ok potato wedges. Employees were super polite and gracious to the customers. But their “now hiring” sign was in close proximity to the sign pictured below, so I have no choice but to believe that this is just another business (like the thousands of others doing the same thing) blaming the government for their inability to exploit workers with sub-livable pay or using the combination of signs to gaslight employees into believing that they are trying to get them help despite not actually hiring. I personally believe the latter as I know several people who have applied without being contacted for this particular location. Rusty’s, you need to stop blaming the government for your problems and work harder to attract workers.
