This place is showing they are open today. I drove there and they are not open today except for sales. I’m in a bind and need a part, but they said they have no one to ring me up. I offered to pay in cash and was told no! Horrible customer service and empathy. They’ve lost my business.

My husband and I just bought our first camper, and decided on a Gulf Stream! My husband went and looked the weekend prior to pick up and the entire staff was attentive and courteous while he was waiting for the paperwork to be approved. Our house recently burned down and the bank was confused with all the addresses in our names since we’re between homes. They were patient and understanding, and Rodger offered him lunch while waiting. We picked up our awesome new Gulf Stream yesterday, and the service department was very helpful when he walked us through the trailer and how everything functioned and the nitty gritty stuff to empty everything out! We were early birds too and he helped walk us through what he recommended we could potentially need as first time camper owners. Thanks to the entire RV Masters team for your kindness!

If you need RV service or sales and are in the area or just live in California somewhere (it’s worth the drive) this is the place to go!

When our travel trailer first broke down it was later in the day. We called and the sales team waited after hours for us to arrive and transfer everything we needed from the trailer to the truck. Above and beyond at the start.

Then we met Mario and Marcus in the service department and they provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever I mean ever received. They knew what to do from the start personally touching base with our insurance company which allowed them to get an appraiser on site quicker than anticipated which ultimately led to an expedited time on repair.

Every step of the way they provided us accurate communication so we knew what was happening and what to expect.

The repair job was even better than we could have imagined!

If you need anything trailer / RV related RV Masters is the place. Thank you isn’t even enough.

I needed a color-matched rim for a Riverside Retro trailer. RV Masters in Hemet agreed happily to obtain one for me even though I did not buy the trailer from them, and though I was 90 miles away in San Diego and thus unlikely to become a regular service customer. John Pistilli in their parts department overcame a frustrating interaction with the Covid-impacted trailer company spanning more than a month to get me the rim. That was great customer service. Now, for any major repairs, I may find it worthwhile to tow that 90 miles just to get them done at RV Masters.

Some very kind and helpful sales associates. They were so kind to my adult autistic son, Brody, brought him lots of hot cocoa. Worked with me, as an RN and a veteran, to get a great deal on a trailer to be able to take my son, with my husband and I, and our two dogs on adventures, safely. Thank you.

We recently purchased a cute little Travel Trailer from RV Masters. From the beginning of the transaction, everyone there was courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Mark and Gigi made the sales process easy and Rick, the sales manager took care of our special requests for delivery and assistance.
During the paperwork phase, Kelly the finance manager and Daniel, the general manager got us through the paperwork process painlessly and were all so nice. There were no hard sells for add-ons that you find at this point in the transaction
Our technician Steve did the walkthrough and answered all our questions (and there were a lot) thoroughly and honestly. While we were doing the walkthrough, the technicians were installing our add-on cameras and making sure our truck was ready. Steve also provided guidance on a number of questions we wouldn’t have asked, but was invaluable information. The service manager, Mario took care of making sure we had all we needed. Our time there for the purchase and the following week for the pick up made us feel like part of the RV Masters family.

Every time I go in here for parts or service they are so helpful. Since I am new to the RV community they even answer my dumb questions. A big thanks to Mario and his amazing help!

1000 stars to Steve our sales person, he went above and beyond to get us in the unit we wanted. Very professional, courteous, and answered question after question. Ask for Steve, you will be treated like family and get a great deal.

My fiancé and I were very interested in getting an RV, we went in to just get some ideas, & the very informative Mark was the one to help us! He made the process so easy & helped us with choosing the perfect fit for us! I recommend this place to anyone looking at getting an RV, the staff is very helpful and pleasant to be around!

Excellent customer service and experience with Mark Manke at RV Masters. Service department also attached to get all your upgrades added on and services done. Highly recommend coming here to buy your RV. Service department also amazing. Jennifer is also very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about our new trailer.

I went to by parts for my rv. I arrived before 4: 30. The parts and service dept wax like a ghost town. No one was there. I ended up talking to a salesperson very nice. But couldn't help me. So shame on you RV Masters. I thought that was what you were in business for, sales and service, which I got neither. When RVs stop selling so well let's see how well you hold up with that lousy service you have.

Great place. Lots of parts for the RV and priced nice. Great customer service as well. The guy helped us find things and spent about an hour searching online, looking through a book, and finally pointing us to another location where we might find the air conditioner panel for our AV. I highly recommend.
