RV Super Center reviews
6PLEASE READ! I have updated a very negative review that I posted a week ago and I needed to rewrite it because the negativity should be given to the companies (ie Dometic, Yamaha, etc) that put together their policy and procedure for warranty processes. We purchased a brand new 2023 XLR 3016 Toy Hauler. The sales part was great. Big Jon and Cory (Temecula) were awesome. After bringing it home we discovered that the inverter was not working. We had a trip planned and Cory went over and beyond to get another inverter installed so we were able to go on our trip. However, while on that trip we discovered a few more things that needed to be fixed. On the morning of our 2nd trip (2 weeks later) before we could leave the house, we discovered that the cable on the slide-out was fraying. We decided to check other major items and found that the generator would not run our A/C unit (s). We had to cancel our trip and we took it back to the dealership (Menifee) that same day with a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed. To our absolute frustration, it's been over 3 weeks waiting for "warranty approval and parts". We had to cancel 2 trips due to the lack of it getting fixed in a timely manner. Brian Seitel is the general manager and he called me to apologize for the inconveniences and has been working on getting the warranty process pushed through. The problem, as we have known, is not with the dealership; its the entire warranty process. The dealership submits it to the manufacturer (Forrest River), then the manufacturer submits it to the manufacturer of the equipment (Yamaha, Dometic, etc). The dealership cannot order parts until the warranty process is approved. In the meantime, the customer waits and cancels trips. This is an industry wide problem. So no matter where you buy your RV, if you have to have it serviced, you can be assured you will be waiting for weeks before you get your RV back. Brian assured me it is something that he is trying to fix within the RV Industry. In the meantime, Brian is pushing through the warranty process. Our parts are in and they are working on it as I write this review. Thanks to all at RV Supercenter who have gone over and beyond to get our RV fixed.
Worked with Christian on the purchase of my first travel trailer. We actual went to 3 other dealerships that same day and came right back because Christian's service was unmatched. He was friendly and very knowledgeable as he walked us through the whole process. We have talked since my purchase as he believes in service after the sale and making sure we are completely satisfied. Would highly recommend anyone on this team but Christian is the best. Also, this place had the best price on a rig that meet all our needs. If you're in the market you have to check them out.
I would like to recommend Joshua Barrett for being such a knowledgeable salesman and person. He really helped and informed me a lot of the RVs he had in stock at the Temecula and Menifee location. I am not ready to buy right now just shopping around but Joshua Barrett made my visit comfortable and informative and when I am ready I will come back. Thank you
Went in and was greeted by a man named Christian. Was very helpful through the whole experience. Will be back soon!
Had a great experience with Christian. He was so knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy go see him.
