I love the ambiance and cleanliness of RVIVL and pro tip: if you park in the structure and need validation, give it to the front desk staff before your session and they’ll get it validated for you AND MAYBE some emotional validation too!

Love this place! Drove 2.5 hrs for treatment, can't wait for one to open in San Diego! Staff was amazing, helped with breath work and made sure the water was at 38 degrees.awesome crew for sure!

RVIVL is easily our favorite new spot in Playa. In terms of fitness recovery it checks all the boxes – clean facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, and enough recovery & wellness services to fill your entire schedule.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting RVIVL, a workout recovery center that offers a range of services to help people recover from physical strain and injury. Firstly, the facility itself was amazing, with state-of-the-art equipment, high-tech amenities, and a modern decor that made me feel like I was in a luxurious gym. The locker rooms were spacious and pristine, and the showers were stocked with high-quality products that left me feeling pampered.

However, what made RVIVL truly stand out was the amazing staff. From the receptionists to the trainers to the massage therapists, everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The trainers were able to tailor their workouts to my specific needs and goals, helping me push myself to new limits while still taking care to prevent injury. The massage therapists were also amazing, helping me soothe my sore muscles and speed up my recovery time.

The amenities at RVIVL were also impressive. The juice bar was stocked with fresh, healthy options that were perfect for refueling after a tough workout, and the snack bar had a wide range of protein bars, supplements, and other fitness essentials. The gym was also equipped with a sauna and steam room, which were perfect for relaxing after a tough workout.

What I appreciated most about RVIVL was the sense of community. I met so many inspiring people there, all working toward their own fitness and recovery goals. The staff made us feel like we were part of a family, and the sense of support and encouragement was palpable.

This place has changed my life! RVIVL is the center of the Playa Vista fitness community. All the services have enhanced my physical fitness and increased my mental strength. The ice bath helps me hit the gym harder and maintain focus and calmness throughout the day, and the sauna / contrast sessions help me recover faster. The vitamin IVs are also a must do! The combination of these helped me get into the best shape of my life.

Adam and Ken are incredibly generous with their time and expertise. They provide invaluable insight and guidance to aid your physical fitness journey.

From the first time I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and smile. The owners explained all the services offered and showed me around the place and because of that I booked two services with them; the Infrared Sauna and an vitamin Infusion IV with compression boots. The nurse Alicia who administered the IV was Gentle and Explained everything.
I will For Sure be returning.

I called to come in and get a treatment. Hard to get through. When did, they said they were closed, redoing their website or something like that. I said, well I just want to be a customer. They didn't say well let's figure it out or tell me when they would be open again. They just got rid of me and said well the website will be up later and try again.

RVIVL is the best location I have ever been to for fitness recovery! The facilities are pristine, employees are helpful and ensure you are comfortable and educated, and the equipment is top of the line. I highly recommend RVIVL and all of the treatments!

This was my first time doing contrast therapy and cold plunge, and I had an amazing experience at Rvival. The vibe is upscale, friendly, and sparkling clean. Ken was super accommodating and was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. He walked me through everything and even coached me with breathwork before the cold plunge. I left feeling amazing, and can’t wait to do it again.

RVIVL is incredible! I always look forward to my weekly appointments (ice baths are my new favorite self-care ritual). Ken and Adam are some of the kindest people in Playa Vista – absolutely amazing customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental state.

Amazing experience with both top of the line staff and equipment. People forget that recovery is just as important as actually working out, and this is THE PLACE in the area to go to recover properly.

Just got back from my winter vacation in LA and stopped by RVIVL while I was there. I tried the Contrast Therapy. I had never done a cold plunge before, by my friend kept telling me how awesome this new spot is and how the owners will coach you through breathwork before the plunge. I agreed to try it and so happy I did. It was such an amazing experience. I felt so good afterwards and slept sooo well. The place is gorgeous and the staff was very encouraging. Now they just need to open a location in FL!

So excited this place finally opened, and it was worth the wait! I never thought I’d have the courage to try an ice bath, but thanks to Adam’s coaching and encouragement, ice baths are my new favorite way to recharge. I always hate leaving. I could live in the infrared sauna.
