I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bayati and her caring staff. I went to Dr. Bayati to replace implants due to rupture. However, I was nervous because I have allergies to opioids and was worried the surgery would be difficult to plan. Dr. Bayati listened to my concerns and my previous experiences and did not hesitate to ensure me that I would not require opioids for recovery (and she was right). She also had me work with the anesthesiologist in advance of the surgery to plan the medications accordingly (he was amazing too). I appreciated everyone's patience and understanding for my situation. The level of care and planning was impeccable. The nurses were great and so caring. I highly recommend using Dr. Bayati for plastic surgery needs, especially for implant replacement surgery.

My need for an explant surgery came after a routine mammogram finding my implant had ruptured and my lymph nodes were full of silicone. I have had 2 implant surgeries over 27 years. I fount Dr. Bayati online specializing in removal and BII. After my first call with Rachel, I knew I was in good hands. I found the staff was attentive and informative and helped me make the decision to remove my implants and focus on health and healing. They provided many options and direction for the future in case I needed additional work. Although this surgery and recovery was difficult physically and emotionally, I was very concerned about my current and future health of my immune system if I did not remove my plants. Lindsey was caring and kind throughout my aftercare appointments. I highly recommend Dr Bayati as a surgeon if you are considering removing your implants. I appreciated her female perspective and honest approach. Although I am only 5 weeks into recovery, I am happy with the results so far and know my body will continue to heal throughout this journey.

Hi I just called to inquire pricing and was told I have to pay 100$ first to be seen and then told about pricing and when I ask your staff it was (a male) 9: 30 am he said that he can’t give me a estimate on how much it would cost. What a disappointment how could
You not know how much it would cost for a procedure and expect a customer to pay for a consult without even knowing the prices of the procedure such a whack business. And then I asked him for his name and he hung up on me. So unprofessional and so rude.

I am writing this review to express my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Bayati, Sal, Rachel, Monica, and Lindsay. I was impressed from the very first phone call I had with the office. I recently had a capsule contraction from 31 year old textured saline implants and I needed to have an En Bloc capsulectomy. Due to the nature of my situation, Dr. Bayati and her staff took my case very seriously. They were compassionate and extremely patient with me during this whole process. I was very nervous to undergo this procedure. The entire office never once made me feel rushed and they answered all of my questions with kind and knowledgeable information. I had a hernia and an unsightly stomach from pregnancies and childbirth. I avoided getting this done for years, for fear of recovery time, but I also wanted to find someone that could do both in one surgery. I am so glad I found Dr. Bayati. My stomach is now “2 piece” worthy. My umbilical hernia got worse over the years. While some have an “innie” and some have an “outie”, I had a goblin.
I now have a new, normal belly button and flat stomach. I think what impresses me most about Dr. Bayati (other than the obvious, which is the aesthetic result), is the way I recovered. I have had surgery before. I never had a surgeon that had such a comprehensive and detailed pre operative and post operative plan. Well, it worked. I was told by friends that my recovery would be brutal and it wasn’t. I am shocked at how quickly after surgery I was no longer in pain, and how quickly I healed. Dr. Bayati did my abdominal lipo with renuvion a few months ago. Her entire office has been wonderful and made the process very easy. I previously had smart lipo 360 done by a different doctor without general anesthesia, which was painful and I was not satisfied with my results. I was hesitant about anesthesia and going through another recovery process, but I really wanted a better outcome. Dr. Bayati offered more options than any other doctor I had a consultation with. She really went above and beyond for me. Having this surgery has completely changed my life and increased my confidence. I live out of state and reached out to Dr. Bayati’s office to see if they were able to work with someone who would only be able to fly in for surgery, consults would need to be remote. They said absolutely and worked with me all the way through post surgery Zooms, making me feel comfortable and answering my dozens of questions with kindness.

Things to keep in mind if you’re out of state. Be flexible - I was in town for 12 days from pre-op to drain removal and flew out the next day. This could have easily been two or more weeks if healing wasn’t so quick - pro tip listen when they say to add protein to your diet before surgery! Also be flexible to Dr. Bayati’s schedule if you can. She does surgery every day and surgeries can run long or shorter than expected. Her office is great about calling and sharing updated timing but never pressured me to adjust. I found the updated timing to actually fit better and was glad they called.

After many failed breast surgeries and infections, I thought I would never have breasts again. My life changed when I walked into Dr Bayati's office. Dr Bayati did such an amazing job on giving me breasts again. They honestly look the best they have ever been. Dr Bayati and her staff are very professional, friendly, caring, skilled and have great follow through. Dr Bayati is an honest surgeon, that will tell you the truth even if it's something you don't want to hear,
but need to. She offers suggestions and doesn't leave you hanging! The truth is hard to hear especially if it's not what you want or not in the time period you planned.
