My sister n law purchased a pair of sandals and they began to cut into her feet. She hadn’t had the shoes any longer than an hour! They refused and exchange to allow her a swap. In the fine print it states the reason why you can’t exchange. This is after you’ve purchased and tried on the shoes. You won’t know they’ll cut your feet i till after you walk in them

They don’t answer their phones no matter what extension you put very mad customer service
