Nice guys, clean, organized and not so smelly like others I've been to here in Temecula

Good place to take all of your recyclables, but make sure your bottle caps are OFF. Bring gloves and maybe some ear plugs, this place gets very loud.

SA Recycling was such an awesome experience! Very well organized, super clean, and the staff are SO helpful and friendly! This is my go-to place for all our can recycling and metal!

Terrible customer service the three times I've been there. Every time I bring them more stuff they screw me over even more. First time I gave them scrap metal. Second time I gave them 1100 lbs of stainless steel from a safe I cut down over for a few weeks. They gave me scrap price for it instead of stainless steel. Last time I went there I gave them 210+ lbs of lead ingots, they said it was only 190 lbs and they gave me $0.25/lb. Lead ingots are at least $2.50/lb online. I also gave them nearly 300 lbs of brass shells. They gave me way less for it than any.other place. There scales are very inaccurate too. They weigh it and it at least 5% lower than your accurate scale at home. Don't go here if you actually want fair prices for your metal. They are scammers, cheaters, liars, thiefs, and cheap skates.

Never ever going here again. I've been going here for years. On 7/18/22 I showed up at 3: 30, and they told me they decided to close an hour early. You just lost me and my recycling 4 life.

Horrible service! They now make you take off all the plastic caps from the bottles. They wont let you in with the plastic caps on the plastic bottles. Made me pull out of line and come back. Thought this was about recycling and doing good for environment? Would be nice if they put that information on the website. The parolee thats was working here was rude. Go back to jail

When ever I take my recyclables I'm always treated with respect. The couple of times I've gone by myself, the young men that work there will help me if they see that I have a lot and if it looks like I'm struggling. This facility is always clean and neat. Before the pandemic, it was kind of messy. But understandable for what they do. Now you can drive through there without driving over anything.

This place is ridiculous. First you have to wait to get into the place forever. There’s like four people working. They only have room for three cars is what they say even though there’s a whole warehouse with seven parking or eight parking slots. But they say they can only have three cars at a time? They have attitude and almost think that we are working for them. I will be taking my recycle off of Diaz from now on. People have a smile and a good attitude. Oh and by the way I think SA recycle employees pinch your recycle money because I’ve heard a lot of reviews stating this. Better off going to the other recycle places well worth your time.

Simple, fast fair amount for cans & plastic. Mike is an incredible representative for the company, very polite & professional. Overall a Great customer service rep for not only himself as well as the company

After seeing some of the reviews of this place I felt the need to leave one of my own. SA is a great place to recycle, whether it's crv or steel/copper/aluminum. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but it's to be expected these days. The only issues we've had have been with other customers dropping off. We will continue to do business with SA.

Waited with only 4 cars in front of me to the extent i had to shut the car off the new process is fine, however the customer experience is based on who is checking the cars in and their sense of urgency getting cars through.

Very good service in there. Quite impressed by how nice they all are. Looks like they have good leadership. Smells because its a old wharehouse you drive into. Wear a mask, helps with the diesel smell.

Awful place if you want to sell scrap metal the prices are terrible, they are practically stealing money from you, go the the SA in Ontario if you got a good load of metal to sell

Its light industrial so its rough around the edges. Workers here are polite and professional. Wish they could increase throughput but I'm thankful someone's there to buy recyclables. Watch out for 3 deep dips driving into the building.
