I’m really sorry I didn’t take any pictures but we actually started out just going for appetizers and happy hour, we had fabulous happy hour, wine, Xquisite oysters, and then I have the truffle grilled cheese, which was fabulous! I was getting too full to really have a full dinner, but the three in the five course manual intrigue, me and I will definitely be back to experience that. In the end, my husband and I split the burger which was delightful. Before I start self to eat the cannoli donuts! I think I found my new go to place. I like that the menu will change seasonally, which I appreciate, because we’re eating the best of the best in the season of that particular food. If you haven’t tried Sabio yet- RUN On down, you won’t be disappointed! Service was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating really couldn’t ask for more

Sabio on Main provides three course and five course prix fixe meals, and I was craving a nice night out. My husband had the peaches and cream donuts with almond sugar, stewed peaches, and peach pit bavarois, which I had one bite of that was enough to declare it possibly the best of the dishes of the evening. But they were all quite good.

We both had the roasted chicken breast with apricot molasses glaze, grits, collards, and watermelon rind relish for our main courses. Those were some hefty chicken breasts! Closer to half chickens really. The relish reminded me of southern chow chow, and left a similar impression of forgettable flavor, which really, how much flavor do we expect from watermelon rind? Loved the crispiness of the chicken skin and the collards were perfectly done for my taste.

My chef's gin and tonic was refreshing with St. George Botanivore, cucumber, lime, juniper, and lemon twist.

The Green Bee Farm tomato salad was delicious, especially the gorgonzola crema and the flecks of black pepper from the walnuts in combination with the pluots.

Finally, my own dessert: the Vahlrona chocolate flan with toasted marshmallow meringue and graham crackle streusel. This is one of the few s'mores desserts that really got the concept right with the toastiness of that meringue and the bold chocolate flavor.

My husband and I wanted to try something different but have a course sit down for our 15 year anniversary. When searching Sabio popped up, so I scheduled reservations. I followed up with an email just to let them know what we were celebrating. To my surprise I was emailed back right away, and was given a few options on extras to celebrate. Today 7/29 was our reservations, and we were not disappointed. The good was exceptional in the 5 course. My husband whom does not care for duck loved it. I cannot even decide what was the best as all of it was scrumptious. We love the decor and the setting of the dinning room. From the hostess, to our server Ruben, and the support staff we had the best service we have ever had. Me being a manager of customer service I cannot express what it is like to receive exceptional service. Thank you to all the staff at Sabio.

We had a party of 7 and they honestly couldn't be bothered with us. It took them 45 minutes to ask for our drink orders, and another 45 to actually deliver, meaning we had waited for an hour and a half before anything at all showed up.
-We were given a single order of $6 chips to compensate, which is absurd given our bill ended up exceeding $1000!
-They actually wanted to charge $20 per credit card used as well, forcing us to have a single person charge to their cars. What? !?
-I wish the food compensated, but it was pretty mediocre.
-It's nuts to me that this place is as highly reviewed as it is. The 7 of us were thoroughly displeased by the end. In fact after our 4 hour dinner (? !) we were still hungry due to the sheer amount of time and small amount of food given.

Kevin was a fantastic server. The wild mushrooms were the same ones I would find when mushroom hunting back in Michigan, Sabio chefs just knew how to cook them better than me. The atmosphere was a little bright and more casual than what I would expect from an upscale place serving multi course dinners.
