Great good customer service and food is delicious. Recommend this restaurant if you want a real meaxican food

I had a plate of menudo and some queso fundido con chorizo. Both couldn't be better. Also got some food to go.

First time trying and loved it. Good food, great service, very nice atmosphere. Love the food presentation. Had the Huevos de Rancho.

Sabor de Mexico is truly what that place is, I say that because of their birria it's exactly the same taste I was always looking for here in U. S. A.since I ate it back in 84 in T. J. It is bomb just like Mexico. Thank you Sabor de Mexico for the great tasting food and good hospitality

Came in for a quick Pre-Bday breakfast with the family and I was wowed away with the look of the place! I loooooved the beauty of Mexican Art all over the walls…

Long overdue review! I apologize for that. Just wanted to say Thank you to the staff at Sabor de Mexico, all of you made my daughter's graduation party a success the buffet was fantastic so many choices of food, the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, the service was outstanding! My daughter was very impressed and so were are guest. I thank you for closing the restaurant setting up the decorations and handling the clean up. Will definitely have another party here. You deserve more then 5 stars! Thank you again, God bless

Used to come here all the time when it was Tic tac for breakfast. New owner spruced the place up and Food is still delicious and placebos very nice.

I know many restaurants are struggling being short staffed. When we walked in the restaurant there was only one other party in the restaurant. Ours was a party of five. The waitress Adriana was not very friendly and kind of slow. We all tried to be friendly but she would not Crack a smile. Not sure if she does not like her job. Food was okay. I usually like to leave a good tip. This was one of a few times that I left less than 10% I don't think I will ever be back. The place just didn't feel welcoming.

Omg! I found my new love! This place is amazing! The ribs and the fries are to die for! Although this was my first time dining here I assure you it will not be my last! The service was fantastic! Very friendly great atmosphere there's a fire pit outside and the bar is stocked!

A quaint and fresh addition to DT La Puente eateries. I actually went to eat@ JB Burgers, saw SDMR across the street and decided to give it a shot. It has a very comfortable atmosphere, the waitress was pleasant and attentive, the food arrived in short order and was on point and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Sabor de Mexico i would highly recommend.

Only went in as an Uber Eats Driver, but the staff were friendly and the in-door dining area is beautiful, really gives a pleasant Mexican theme.

Ordered red chilaquiles, my husband Green ones and a menudo. My daughter had a pambazo. Their food was good. However, they gave me green instead of red. Maybe if they write orders down might help a bit. I know it would help me because I do forget things.

You have to try their award winning chicken n molé. The flavor is do delicious, it's a little bit sweet and spicy. I recommend it

It was a amazing place fairly priced the one thing I was iffy about was the decor it was a lot of skulls I don’t hate it but I don’t love it my family had a very strong opinion about it tho really amazing and highly recommend

Dining Experience, paintings make it look more like a bedroom than a Diner. Booths are on the very small side, four people would be elbow to elbow. Lighting was beautiful. 7/10

Prices are pretty high, like fancy Restaurant high. A Double Cheeseburger, fries and large drink will set you back almost $15! A asada burrito almost $12 5/10

Cleanliness and Sanitation, was very clean and open. You can tell they clean very well and often. Bathroom was clean. Only ding they get here is I didn’t spot any sanitizer for diners. 9/10

Overall: 36/50 (72% C-)
It’s a good spot if you’re on the go and need to grab n go. But you’ll a pay price greater or equal to higher end restaurant.
