Company was no help, ordered a part and never received it from UPS and didn't provide any type of resolution to help fix the situation. Nothing.

First of all, I expected to go into a rough wrecking yard office and was pleasently surprised at the cleanliness and nice appearance of the office. The guys were professional and knew what they were talking about. I purchased a QX50 door panel and it was in good shape. I installed it on the car and it fit perfectly. Big thanks to the guys at Sac City. Five stars.

I called the other day to get a wiring harness for my g37. To my understanding there’s multiple part numbers with different plugs for every model. They made sure they had the correct one because they asked for my vin to verify. Once verified I went in and they had it ready for me wrapped up in wrap. Victor and Ed helped me every step of the way and they opened it in front of me to verify no plug got damaged. They even gave me an estimate to replace it so I’ll be bringing back my vehicle next week for the install. Thank you guys very much.
