6I went to see housing advocate at Sac Health, Mariah. She's been working with me for a few months now. A GREAT ASSET, to Sac Health. My experience with this office has been very successful. I am feeling positive. Anyone needs help health wise I wound definitely refer them to Sac Health.
I had the best experience with Bradley in front desk. I had a appointment scheduled for 11: 15 and the person who made my appointment put it in for 8: 15 so I couldn’t be seen I was in a lot of pain from a fall at work and Bradley helped me trying every thing he could to get me to be seen in the same day! Very grateful.

Only that the telephone service is extremely bad! And ultimately they only have one Dr so making an appointment is really very difficult, so it is very frustrating unfortunately because my daughter is a patient of Loma Linda we are still here
Good luck trying to get an appointment. Back when it first open up the official lady would call me to schedule my daughters check up but after 4 years being with them, they didnt call me. I had to always call them and they never had anything available within 2 months. It was sad to leave because I love the staff and doctors however I have little babies and I can’t wait 2+ months for a check up.
I called this morning at 7: 30am (this is the magical time to call for any cancelations within the same day) and I got scheduled right away with Dr. Patrick Edward PHELAN. He took the time to explain why all the symptoms that my 4 year old is having since January this year. He spent more than the usual 15 minutes with her in the room and referred her to a specialist and tests to be done. I like his approach, time spent and knowledge. The check in, waiting time in the lobby and in the room were very fair for a busy clinic with just one pediatrician there. The facility is very well kept.
Decided to update my rating from a previous 5 star. Personally I feel like SAC Health is taking on a higher volume of patients & standard care is decreasing. I was unable to schedule a 10 day check up for my newborn as Dr. Suggested was seen a month later & now am unable to schedule her 2 month vaccination we have found a new office. My wellness check with Diana Gascon was poor she was dismissive and missed my symptoms. We hope the best for the office and staff.
