From the first telephone call getting info about trailers, to driving away with a new trailer, our entire experience was AWESOME! Bernie was so helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and fast! One of the easiest purchases ever. The other staff we had interactions with were all so very nice.thank you Bernie and Sac-Valley Trailer for the best customer service we have had in a long time!

They were great. There was a grounding issue on my trailer and they fixed me right up. Nice group of guys!

The website (and phone message) says they're open until 5pm. I was there at 4: 45pm and NO ONE was there.

After a LONG time, they recently responded to my post: as I stated above (I did NOT "make it up) both the website and the phone said 5pm. Good businesses don't make excuses by accusing their customers of lying. I've downgraded them to a single star for this.

I gave them a call hoping to get information on a trailer that I was looking to buy. Unfortunately, the person on the other side of the call was curt and told me he did not have time to talk. I had the line hung up on me immediately after that.

In response to the owner: I have looked through my call records, I can confirm that this indeed was the place that I called. I am not claiming that the person's name was curt but that their behavior was so. The definition of the word according to the dictionary is: "rudely brief in speech or abrupt in manner. "
