Made many calls to get a doctor to call me so I can get a referral for treatment, doctor never called.

Wasted hours dealing with these MORONS.

Do us a favor and go out of business please.

UPDATE: My insurance company set these people as my Default Clinic. Went to their Dental Clinic and Chairporacter.

Their Dentists, one in particular. Her last name is Lee. Is AWFUL.

She was filling the holes on the back of my teeth (From root canal treatment), she asked me: How they feel? I said, the filing feels rough (Not smooth), like I would cut my tongue on the edge.

She gets all upset, she started to smooth the rough edges very Violently to the point where it was hurting. I said nothing.

Then she tells me: You know, I have other patients to see.

I said: You asked me how it feels & I told you. Did you want me to Lie?

I was scheduled for to have another tooth fixed, 2 days before that appointment (After I waited a MONTH), I get a letter in the mail telling me that I was dropped "In the interest of the patient".

So I could not go there for anything anymore. I had no problems with the Chiropractor there or anyone else. Just the Dentist.

I even asked: You had a box in the front for "Patient's Complaints", WHY do you have that when you obviously DO NOT care about your Patients?

This "Dentist" like so many others, simply want to spend 30 seconds and move on to the next Victim. They do NOT want to really treat you, and could care less about you.

Dr. Sharma is a competent and caring provider; however, the clinic is in severe need of a deep cleaning and remodeling. I was disappointed to see the smears and splashes on the plexiglass screen. I also waited a very long time in the back area for the provider. I would recommend Dr. Sharma, but not the clinic.

If you like HIPPA violations or receiving other children's immunization charts and coming in for treatments/vaccines they DO NOT have in their inventory please visit this place. Thank for nothing Medical Assistant Pearla.

The worst medical experience of my life as a father, my daughter had a follow-up appointment for her ear pain and we attended her appointment today. The assistant came in and asked me what we had come to: "here is an alert that you don't read if you know the follow-up of the patients" after that we told her that yesterday my daughter started with an earache and a little fever, then everything turned on, the doctor did not want to see her but was going to make a video appointment for us, what is this, what kind of As a doctor, he doesn't see sick people, he only sees healthy children. It scares me to see professionals like that taking care of children. There is no professionalism they are doctors, they don't play with the health of children.

The staff sure likes to be bossy and chastise their clients.
After I told the staff I didn't get the information because of not being able to return their calls because they wouldn't answer the phone I was told everything is made clear on the phone.
They are a little clueless about how to treat people.

I wouldn't even give this place one star, if it were an option. I am going to find a new office as quickly as possible. They have no issues sending their patients to Urgent Care or the ER for regular refills of prescription medications. Most of their staff is uneducated, short, rude and unaccommodating. The facility is dirty- and smells rotten. Run FAR away from this place. Even if they have decent doctors, the other staff ruined any chance of this place being a well rated establishment!

They don't answer their phone.

First time I've ever had a teeth cleaning where my teeth felt dirtier after the procedure. Ten minutes was all the time they took to "clean" my teeth. If they can't even slow down to clean my teeth, how can I trust them with larger procedures?

Never pick up the phone, and will waste people’s time and money scheduling multiple appointments for a single cleaning. One visit for x rays (takes 5 minutes, but will wait for 30mins) Second visit to clean top teeth, and third visits to clean bottom teeth. They know how to milk money from people and the government!
