Though the park is close to a questionable area of town, the inside of the park is very quiet and cozy. Well maintained lots, and friendly staff make for a great combination. We plan on staying indefinitely.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would just because of the racist management and extremely loud noise form the adjacent highway. We stayed here for about 7 months and during this time we were consistently harassed by the head overseer Bruce Turner who loves to take up your valuable time gossiping and complaining about the other tenants in the park he doesn't like. Then when you actually need his help, he's MIA! I will say the sites themselves are nice but upon your exit be prepared to take the property management company to court, as they are notorious for not returning security deposits even when you leave the site spotless.

If I were you, I'd avoid Sacramento "Shady" RV Park at all costs!

Although the physical property is nice and well kept, the pleasing aesthetics are not enough to keep you here. The Manager, Bruce is individually the most disgusting person I have met since moving to California. I worked in the office ‘on the weekends’ for 2 months and once I was unable to work for the office anymore, Bruce had spread rumors to all my neighbors about how I destroyed the office, double dipped on my paycheck, hacked private emails and informed nonresidents of private residential information. He painted me as a threat and as an unsafe neighbor. The harassment persisted until we eventually found another MUCH BETTER park to live in. While my neighbors shunning me wasn’t enough to get under my skin, he evicted the only person who would talk to me after I stopped working there.

He watched the security cameras ALMOST as much as he sits in the office and watches FOX news. On several accounts he watched me in the office when he was off duty, and even on PTO in another state. He spews his personal opinions (about politics and residents) all over the park and 100% discriminates. I have witnessed him turn away people for having colored hair and being gay. Of course he will find a rational reason to turn them away, like their dog is too big. Meanwhile his neighbor has a legal wolfie that is trained to kill. The rules are not the same for everyone, and he will let you think he is ‘doing you a favor’ by letting you stay there. Don’t fall for it.

At the end of the day, your personal freedom is not celebrated here (comic that he is a veteran). And the pretty yard (that he will kick you out for not watering) is just 100 feet away from homeless camps. If you’re staying for a few days, I would recommend cal expo or KOA for good accommodations in the area.

We were late to get to the park. It is gated with no way to enter without talking to someone. The number said the mailbox was full and no one answered the gate phone. After trying to get ahold of someone for at least a half hour we left.

Place doesnt allow longterm RVs older than 15 years, but who's buying a new one every decade when they live in it.age shouldnt be a problem, condition should be, and mine is in better shape than a lot of RVs less than 15 years old.
