I had a great experience here. Placed a call and was answered promptly. I scheduled a typing test for the same day and was in and out in about 40 minutes, (chose to complete all three tries). I received a hard copy certificate. Wendy was knowledgeable and security was friendly. This isn't my favorite part of town, but everyone I came in contact with were helpful and courteous.

The should first train themselves, after that they can train you

Don't waste your time here, they don't want to do anything for you, or they can't.
