Saddleback Church, Lake Forest CA

Saddleback Church should mind their own business in the personal lives of the congregation. My daughter was involved heavily in the preteen choir under the instruction of but what I remember being Karen. Karen attempted to file charges against me for child abuse for removing my daughter's cell phone. I could be wrong but I don't think the church has any say and when my daughter can or cannot use her cell phone. You do not want your child to attend the choir here Karen is just that. She should mine her own business. She attempted to file a CPS case against me for doing this such action while she was on company time. I asked that she was removed and to my knowledge has not been.

I served at Lake Forest campus for the Light of the World drive through. Wow, what a fabulous presentation! Thanks Saddleback Church!

Came here for a Christmas lights event. They offered free hot chocolate as well as glasses which made the lights sparkle. One does not have to be religious to attend these events. They do not make you feed uncomfortable if you aren’t part of their religion. I appreciate this church for the service to their community

We took our granddaughter Abrielle to the event "World of Lights"their first ever light show through their campus and I can't say how grateful we were and blessed to be a part of such an amazing light show that was interactive, filled with worship music so very well organized. A message from their Pastor Rick Warren and all of the volunteer and campus pastors who were out with their family greeting everyone! If you missed this, you don't want to miss it should they have this again! Let's not forget the complimentary hot chocolate and details of the event and glasses for the little one that made every light a snowflake!

If you are questioning if you should give Saddleback a try or not, the answer is yes! Everyone is welcome here. The church is huge and accommodates all. If you want to slip into the back and just check it out, you won't be hassled. If you want to connect with others, there will be ample opportunities. Rick Warren is an awesome leader and knows how to make complex ideas understandable.

The description says Baptist Church and that should be updated. The church is non-denominational.

Best place ever! To recoup. Find a friend. Gets some food. Find a group. See a doctor. Need something to do? Whatever it is your looking for you can probably find it at this church. Brings peace to you just entering the grounds. There is always something unexpectedly pleasant that comes your way once u enter. Those simple pleasures. Harder than you'd think to come by, come so easily when in the presents of this place. I dont know why. I'm not a big church goer. But.it happens. Everytime, I leave feeling good about, well, life and its people. I actually feel blessed. Weird to say that word. But it seems to fit. Blessed.hmmm, something to ponder.thank you Saddleback.

Love this Church. Love the messages and although it is considered a mega church, you would never feel that going there. Such great people. Most of all is how much you learn about the Bible.

Saddleback Church is a generous, compassion caring Pastor, that has the love of God manifesting and has a vision to bring as many soul to know God's Love!

Never got close to this place, don't even have any idea where it is.

Thank you Father God for shining your light through this man Rick Warren. Thank you Father God for blessing Rick with his own unique way to teach the scriptures. Rick's ability to answer much of our generations questions, concerns, and problems with the biblical way to answer and resolve the problems with our generation backing up his teachings with scriptures. You have spoken through this man to so many people including myself. We are so fortunate to be able to be apart of this! Not to mention how many ministries there are. You can join a ministry that fits your liking such as, exercise, medical, senior, community outreach, etc. There is a place for everyone at Saddleback. Love you Pastor Rick!

Amazing grace. Amazing place. The music is powerful and inspiring. A great experience for anyone regardless of which faith or religious background. A beautiful place.

Was happy to finally visit saddleback! I have been a member of their online Bible study group for over a year! The service was great. One thing I hope they speak with the congregation about is saving seats. It's a turnoff to a new comer that sees what looks like many open seats, since the service was not starting for 15 minutes, and goes to sit in one of the open seats and was told that they are being saved. One person was putting donation envelopes on about 10 seats. She said that she was saving them for some "women. " The other women were saving the two seats behind their seats for their "friends. " This didn't feel very welcoming. I am not a new believer so I didn't let it turn me off from coming back when I am in town again but I worried about a new follower/believer having that experience. It would probably leave a bad impression or turn them off completely.

YOU WILL ALWAYS FEEL THE LOVE, PEACE AND THE GRACE OF GOD. EVERYBODY WE INVITE TO VISIT AND ATTEND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS FEELING AWESOME AND AMAZED HOW THE HOLY SPIRIT REVEALS HIS PRESENCE.
