Having a family member enter detox/recovery is very stressful and challenging. Our experience and the outcome for us was extremely positive: The staff was not only highly professional but went the extra mile for our niece who entered in pretty tough shape. The level of competence, compassion and PERSONLIZED care was outstanding. Not only that but the staff always went the extra mile to ensure not only a safe outcome but a durable outcome. They made the transition to a follow up sober living program successful and smooth. The staff's help with insurance was also knowledgeable and effective. I can't recommend this program highly enough based on our family's experience. We are forever grateful for the deeply caring effort made for our niece.

I stayed 2 1/2 weeks because the Doctor was so good. As was the Chef Brian. The brilliant nursing and house staff loved us. This place appears humble but it is THE BEST OF THE BEST

This is such a professional setting for an industry that can slack in professionalism. Serious with the medical aspect of the detox and transparent with the discharge planning. Love working with them.

Saddleback in my opinion is the best rated detox around. The whole entire staff truly cares about your well-being & goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best care possible. They offer group therapy while you are there amongst many other services to ensure you start off on the right path on your journey in sobriety. I’ll forever be in debt to them for what they did for me back in April & because of them I am still sober today & living an amazing life.

This was the most beautiful place to detox and the staff are the best I’ve seen as I used to work in recovery for years and I know it can be taxing but all were kind and dedicated and kept a calm confident Presence, I’d not be on this earth if I didn’t turn myself in and detox properly and there is no way I can repay you, literally each individual staff was amazing and I would recommend you as number one detox center for anyone coming off of anything, I didn’t think I could do it but I did with their support and I’m committed to my recovery, thank you infinitely love you all and wish everyone the best thank you Taylor and lots of ️ ️️️️️

I got sober here in July and I now have 6 months. This place really helped me get centered and grounded and set me up to further my recovery. Taylor the director is amazing and still reaches out to me now to see how my sobriety and overall life experience while being sober is coming together.
