Great customer service went in they showed me how there seats are made and explained what material they use. I will definitely buy a gel seat from these guys.made in usa!

I ordered my custom Gel Seat, in July of 2016, after a small glitch they returned my seat with the bolt holes in proper locations. I was happy and have been riding. Then I do maintenance, and pull off the seat only to find what is pictured below. I got on live chat to sum it up that they are not responsible for improper wearing, because the seat is made correctly, and I should have installed it correctly. Never thought I needed to crawl between my seat and fender to make sure its properly aligned?

Amanda We offer a plastic tape kit that goes over the fender and keeps the seat from rubbing directly on the paint 11: 19: 22

Amanda You have a couple options, the tape is smooth and shouldn't be as abrasive as the paint on the bike, or if you'd like I can price you on a recover at a discount. I am happy to send you as a 1 time free gift the plastic tape roll. 11: 26: 58

Amanda I went and had a pan pulled that was ready for production, your bumpers are not in the wrong place. 11: 29: 40
Ervin 2nd concern is because it was made specifically for my bike, why would I have to pay for a recover when its only 6 months old? 11: 30: 13

Amanda Once a seat is installed and ridden we cannot be liable for damage to the bike or the seat, that has to be your responsibility to make sure things are installed correctly, and not causing damage, we lay all this out in our instructions. 11: 32: 03
Amanda The bumpers are positioned on the seats in most cases where the original bumpers were, or where we felt they needed to be to avoid the bike resting on electronic parts 11: 33: 28
Ervin I guess I could have installed a camera under the seat to watch the line up of the grommit. Not a problem, I can replace it with another. Sorry it is not working out, I really had my hopes set on a quality seat. 11: 34: 24
