Safari Run, Sunnyvale

We celebrated our kid’s 4th birthday party here.

Good:
Staff were great. They hosted games and made the party more fun for kids.

Play area is good, not dark like Pumpitup.

Bad:
SafariRun gives 40minutes for food/cutting cake. They rush it. Pumpitup wins for time, they provide 1hour for food.

Overall:
Good place to host a toddler birthday, if kid is over 5years then Pumpitup is better than safariRun.

We came to safari run for the first time and I am very impressed. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Kids had to wash hands before entering the playground and they also had to wear socks. My kid was very happy to play there.

5 stars isn’t enough kudos for Safari Run and the TEAM! Excellent communication, friendly staff, clean, kid and parent fun! I didn’t catch everyone’s name but thank you to Luna, Maria, Mae and team. You all go above and beyond to make the kids feel special and parents appreciated. I STRONGLY recommend choosing Safari Run for your next party. The staff literally takes care of everything! I truly enjoyed myself and so did my family and friends.

We went for a birthday party and my daughter had a lot of fun here and I was impressed with the staff.

We celebrated our son's 3rd birthday here today. Totally impressed with the staff and facilities.

We have come for open play before but this was our first event. I was initially hesitant about the tight timeline and limited options but the birthday party went great. The staff truly knows how to run a tight ship - greeting us warmly and having a place for everything, facilitating play, seamlessly transitioning from one room to another with photo ops, etc. They have so many parties that they are familiar with all types of cake, displays, party favors. I never had to ask for help - they always seemed to know what to do or had a helpful suggestion. Special thank you to Maria, Luna, Aaron, and Lora - apologies if I forgot anyone. The catered pizza was also top notch.

Like others have mentioned, the eating portion does feel a bit tight for adults who want to mingle, but it's probably perfect for the kids.

This is a great place to host a birthday party for kids up-to 5 years of age.

For birthday parties, the play time is one hour which is enough for small kids. The time for gathering and food is 40 mins which I felt was less. 10-20 mins more would be sufficient. Due to less time, our cake cutting ceremony seemed very crunched up.

The dining room was nice and clean. The people there are really nice, they would help you serve the food to the guests and you don't have to worry about it at all. They order the pizza from Tasty subs and Pizzas which is really really delicious.you can take two cold dishes for the party, we took fruit salad and chips. Both the dishes were a hit.

Kids enjoyed their time in safari run and we had a good time too.

This is a great place for hosting a private birthday party! It is clean and staff are super nice. We hosted our son's 4th birthday party here, kids love it! In play structure area, they also offer organized games (bday kid could choose which ones to play). In party room, there is also a 'I spy' game. Kids are involved all the time. Lots of fun!

The only thing is the play structure time is only 1 hour, if it could be longer, say 1.5 hour or 2 hours, that would be prefect!

Very nice place for kids birthdays. Manageable space. The decorations were much nicer compared to other such places. The food options were much nicer as well.

Recommend for school age children. If you have toddlers or preschool aged kids, they will get plowed over by big kids.
