Not a happy customer for this location! Me and my husband applied for a refinance on our vehicle a month ago and they informed us we need to show proof of insurance and registration for this vehicle, so I stopped by on my lunch about two to three weeks ago and walked up to a window and asked this nice lady (I gave her all info needed) if i need to talk to her or sit down at a desk and give them copies of the paperwork needed, she informed me I can do this with her. I handed her my insurance AND registration and she made copies with her manager standing next to her. She said they have all info needed and will get it going for us. Long story short we got a FINAL NOTICE in the mail saying they did not get any paperwork from us.so not happy with the manager at this location. West sac or elk grove location is the best way to go. Will NEVER come back to this location ever!
If you’re looking for a place to get a loan processed in the lowest possible way ever, and be misled about how long it will take, look no further than Safe Credit Union. Absolutely ridiculous. Told me to bring in paperwork for the car I’m trying to buy and I’d be good to go. Was even asked if I just wanted to wait in the lobby while they processed the documents and took care of it. Nope that’s not actually the case. As of right now it’s been 2 days and no word from them. Unbelievable. I had to cancel my plans to go to Fairfield to buy the car and most likely will miss out on the opportunity now.
Great customer service. Elizabeth is always for the customer and goes out of her way to give professional and courteous service.
Overall experience is "OKAY" receptionist routinely changes and usually never says hi.
I am amazed that your home page has no easy way to find out how to wire
funds to my account.
Also, when I call it sometimes takes 3 - 5 minutes on hold to get a live person on the line.
Your stationery and statements should have the other side dedicated to easy ways to manage your account i.e. How to find balances, last 5 entries, and of course wiring instructions.
