You always know when someone puts their heart in their work. Eran is truly on your side trying to help you as much as he can so you as the buyer don’t get taken advantage of by the seller, whether it be intentional or not.

He is very personable, and explains everything to you from legal procedures to mechanical findings. He shares with you his concerns in a neutral stand point so you can be more educated to make a decision but he doesn’t try to tell you what to do. He’s professional and one of the best part is that he is mobile so you can save effort and time to coordinate a PPI. Highly recommend.

This service paid for itself. Reliable, convenient, no surprise charges. He traveled out to meet the seller, inspected the car, then walked me through the report. Honestly he was basically like a purchasing consultant and had all kinds of useful advice. Armed with his report, I was able to negotiate the price down to reflect some repair work. We asked Eran to inspect a used car that we were considering at a local dealership. He was prompt, thorough and pointed out a couple of significant issues with the car that we were not made aware of by the salesperson (no big surprise there). Eran was unflappable in his interaction with the sales staff, who argued with him about his assessment. We ended up deciding against that car (the manager was NOT happy that we brought in our own inspector-too bad!). Within the week we found another car that we also asked Eran to inspect and this one was the winner. His knowledge and professionalism helped us avoid a car with some costly issues and find a car that met our needs. Highly recommend!

Eran was kind enough to meet me at a dealer kind of early for a Saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that when I got to the lot, Eran was already inspecting the Mini Cooper I was interested in. Let me say that thorough is not a strong enough word to use about Eran's inspection of the car. He did a well thought out inspection inside the car, under the hood and under the car. At every point of the inspection, he would tell me what he was inspecting and how he would inspect it. He put the car on jacks and looked underneath and he asked me to take a look to describe what he was seeing. He test drove the car to complete the inspection and at the end of the inspection, gave me a written report to summarize the inspection and any areas that he thought remotely would be an issue. I ended up buying the car as I relied on the inspection.

All in all, I highly recommend Eran and SafeBuy Mobile Vehicle Inspection. If you do use his service, I suggest meeting with him during the inspection to get his insight.

He works all over the Bay Area, comes to you, to where the used car is located. This reviews is attached to his business/home address in Pleasant Hill, but I had him inspect a car in Berkeley, and I'm planning to have him look at at car in San Rafael.
