We really tried with this company. It’s hard to tell if we got a bad technician or if the company is the problem. Very minimal application…. Had to call them out for repeat treatments. We learned they don’t use some effective chemicals other services use (I.e ant granules/crystals) and our grumpy technician did not seem to like to climb hills or otherwise work too hard. We were made to feel that WE were the problem. Too bad, we really wanted to support a local company but are now much happier with a national chain out of Stockton.
