THE MOST DIFFICULT COMPANY TO DO BUSSINESS WITH! I WAS GIVEN 3 QUOTES TO REPLACE A WINDSHIELD # 1 GLASS ONLY # 2 STANDARD # 3 PREMIUM A DIFFERNCE OF $ 140.00 between the three? THE ON LINE SERVICE COULD NOT TELL ME THE DIFERENCE BETWEEN THE THREE?

Very easy to do business here. Made an online appointment and spent about 30 minutes in the shop.

My parents made an appointment with them for 1pm and they did not start working on the car until 3pm. They were not told there would be such a long wait. Why set up an appointment if they can't stick to a timeline. Bad service

No one wants to talk to your useless computer. Some people prefer actual customer service. Stop being cheap and employ some customer service reps.

BEWARE ***As a first time customer, I wanted to like this company. I trusted them to do a professional job for the $400-500. WRONG
When I received my girlfriends car back, the trim was horrible. 2 broken clips. Broken window trim.
My partner trusted me with her new car and boy–am I glad I won’t be taking my wrangler there. I wish they would have been honest and told me they broke clips and window trim.but, no they just park your car outside hoping you don’t notice.

Ask for OEM if your car has HUD. It's 2nd time trying Aftermarket shield. Both failed to display HUD properly. Blurry and out of balance. Somewhat disturbingly distorted view through glass. Well~ you get what you pay for. $600 cheaper then authorized dealer. Kinda regret not get it done @ authorized dealer. I drive without HUD now: (

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They failed to disclose something as simple as “your repair could fail” when they came out to repair my windshield. I had a small marble size crack on my windshield. Less than an inch in diameter. Now there’s a 7 inch long crack on my windshield. I use this car to drive my 2 and 3 year olds around. Now I don’t feel safe driving them in this car. Wish they told me my windshield could possible be worse off due to the repair BEFORE they started the repair. I would’ve never followed through with it. David was on his phone the entire time. Kept getting off his phone to do my repair as a “side task” … I recorded a video of him trying to disclose that the glass breaks even more sometimes AFTER he already destroyed my windshield. Horrible training. Waiting on their management to get back to me on how they are going to address this mistake. Terrible repair experience. David did not go over the work order with me when he arrived or disclose anything related to the repair possibly failing. No paper work. NOTHING. POOR SERVICE. Their management needs to step it up when it comes to training their staff on how to keep their end users informed.

Terrible communication! I wish they trained their staff more on how to keep their end-users informed regarding all the possible negative outcomes that could result from repairing windshields or any glass for that matter. This will avoid customers from incurring costs they don't expect. A simple "This repair could fail" before beginning the glass repair would help reduce a lot of surprises. But to be given no information regarding the downside and constantly being told "We will repair it and it shouldn't take longer than 15mins since it's a small crack" is unacceptable! I did not expect my windshield from going from a small crack to a crack 5 times as big. If I had been informed ahead of time, I would've opted out of that service. Management needs to do better. My windshield now needs to be replaced sooner than expected because of their negligence. Waiting on their management to get back to me with a solution before I take this honest review down.

I had my windshield replaced by my insurance company who contracts with Safelite. The company does good work and the employees are friendly. My only issue is they don't communicate well meaning if you're waiting on your car they don't give you updates are check on you while you're waiting. Other than that the service is great.
