HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! David failed to disclose something as simple as “your repair could fail” when he came out to repair my windshield. I had a small marble size crack on my windshield. Less than an inch in diameter. Now there’s a 7 inch long crack on my windshield. I use this car to drive my 2 and 3 year olds around. Now I don’t feel safe driving them in this car. Wish they told me my windshield could possible be worse off due to the repair BEFORE they started the repair. I would’ve never followed through with it. David was on his phone the entire time. Kept getting off his phone to do my repair as a “side task” … I recorded a video of him trying to disclose that the glass breaks even more sometimes AFTER he already destroyed my windshield. Horrible training. Waiting on their management to get back to me on how they are going to address this mistake. Terrible repair experience. David did not go over the work order with me when he arrived or disclose anything related to the repair possibly failing. No paper work. NOTHING. POOR SERVICE. Their management needs to step it up when it comes to training their staff on how to keep their end users informed. Daniel, the assistant manager from Safelite, is the ONLY person who understood what the heck just happened and how unfair that was to me. Waiting on hearing back from him. I will update everyone here on how that goes.
