This location incorrectly calibrated a new windshield install and asked us to come back and try again. They charged us the second time as well as the first. Will try to unwind this but dreading the difficulty of talking to a human over the phone as Safelite makes this very hard.

Poor communication. Why do you quote a customer 3 hours when they arrive on time but take 6 without a single update while they are waiting in the lobby? Technician left marks clearly visible on the plastics that were removed. I’m annoyed that my insurance recommended this place that has clearly demonstrated the lack of care for service or quality. I would recommend using your dealer or a more reputable company.

I made an appt
Received two texts one email confirming
When I made the appt I insisted make sure they have my windshield
I get a missed cal the day before no message
I call back twice
No one answers
I show up at appt and no glass supposedlyNOT even in warehouse
I drove 300 miles since I live very rural
TOTALLY STUPID COMPANY

It is wild how people leave 1 star reviews for some scenarios that don't even call for it. I have been here for a little bit now and already had a clear explanation what what to expect and their limitations in a concise coherent manner, then got to observe one of the guys here, handle a upset customer with such gusto, concern care and tact that I almost hired my self for my shops! Hopefully my repair turns out well, if it does I'll update this posting!

Had an appointment right away as I leaving to drive back to Idaho and didn't want to chance the cracks getting bigger on the trip home. The new windshield was only 3 weeks old (also a Safelite Acoustic glass windshield) and got two starred chips on the CA highway in the space of 10 minutes of each other!

Terrible service, got rescheduled twice, then dropped my car off at 7am, was told would be done in four hours, but didn't get finish until after 5pm. How is this okay?
On top of all that, I'm watching the tech drive my car over 80mph on 60mph hwy.

I WAS THERE AT THE CONCORD LOCATION 6/12/23. THE FEMALE AT THE DESK IS SO LACY, SHE WOULDN'T EVEN WANTED TO PICK UP THE PAPER WHERE THE CAR INFORMATION WAS. WHOEVER DOES TGE HIRING NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION. BAD! BAD! COSTUMER SERVICES. DO NOT RECOMEND SAFELATE ANY MORE

Waited for four hours to get my windshield replaced expecting it to be done properly. But they didn’t completely close the case where the rear view mirror was mounted and there are some fragments of broken glass on my dashboard. They also didn’t pull my car up or mentioned to me where my car was parked. And the worst part was water leaked into my car when I ran it through the car wash after three days.

TLDR: they ordered the wrong glass twice, and then (with no notice) cancelled my third appointment.

I had an initial appointment on June 1st, tech showed up and informed me he had the wrong glass piece. He said he’d already called his manager to see about getting the correct piece of glass and they would be reaching out. I heard nothing and reached out myself on June 5th. Spent time on the phone describing in great detail which glass piece needed to be repaired, asked them to review the photos I had submitted with the original work order and then was reassured on the phone that the correct piece could be installed the next day. Early the next day I received a call informing me that they had the wrong glass again. On that phone call I was told by June 13th they would have the correct piece & could install between 8am - 1pm. I received the confirmation texts and emails leading up to the appointment. Around 2pm on June 13th I had heard nothing and called customer service. Turns out my appointment had been cancelled and customer service had no further info as to who canceled it and/or why it had been canceled. As of now, it’s been a week since I last spoke to someone from Safelite and I have still not received a call back from the Concord office with any sort of explanation. Ended up finding a local company (Peter Pan Auto Glass) who fixed my window in 1 day.

Between poor customer service and inability to make things right, I wish I could give Safelite 0 stars. Don’t even waste your time trying to get them to perform the services they claim to offer.

Seemingly nice people, but horrible experience!

Avoid like the plague!

-arrived day of my appt at 9am as scheduled. Returned at 5pm as told, only to be told calibration didn't work and to come back the next day
-came back following day at 9, and waited until 1230 (after being told it would only take an hour)
- don't trust them as they seem to always quote a '2-3hr wait'
- added bonus of nicking my corner hood and fender paint. Also some newfound scratches on interior plastics on a 1mo old car. WONDERFUL.

This office is very busy, rushing and lack of customer service.
They rarely answer their phones as well.
I had to come in to get a botched job CORRECTED the 2 technicians did at my home three days earlier.
They lack experience handling high-end cars and busted my rear-view mirror that had to be reordered from the dealership.
This Safelite office and their customer service needs attention. I called the CS-877# 8 times, being transferred around to get a supervisor or regional manager to complain about their terrible lack of customer service.
Next time I need a windshield replaced, I'll go elsewhere!

Went to this location through my insurance company for a windshield replacement, worst service ever! They replaced the windshield but left the trim piece hanging out and warped the trim on drivers side, went back for another appt and 3.5 hrs later I pickup my vehicle just to find out that they never touched it, and the tech from their other location on the East coast (Connecticut) apologized and said this location has had bad reviews and that's why he was there to help, so he glued the trim piece and sent me on my way. A week later I get a call that my new windshield, clips and trim have arrived, I was never told there were parts ordered the last time I was there. So against my better judgement I made another appt and dropped my vehicle off again for the 3rd time.picked it up 8 hours later instead of 3 hrs as they first told me just to find out they chipped the paint on my pillars, they left black marks and fingerprints all along both A pillars inside of the vehicle and above the rear view mirror area, which were not there prior to my leaving the vehicle with them as I keep my vehicle clean and not looking like a mechanic with his greasy hands has been inside my vehicle.the headliner was not tucked in properly under the sensor case so it's sticking out and frayed and they didn't have enough time to recalibrate the sensors which means I would have to come back a 4th time, which I do not want to do unless they are going to pay my loss wages that I have incurred.then I asked the tech to have the manager contact me which has been over 3 weeks now and they still have not reached out
to me or my insurance company to discuss how they are going to pay for all of the damage they have done to my vehicle! So now I'm driving around with safety sensors that do not work and an annoying distraction on my dash that reminds me of this every time I start my vehicle.this is not how I purchased my vehicle! They are definitely not as clean or efficient as they show on the commercial, so do not go to this location.but if you dare please take pics prior to leaving your vehicle with them and inspect your vehicle before you leave.

Setting up the appointment and paying for my window online was a super easy and awesome. Unfortunately, I now know why all that is in place. The office staff was extremely unorganized! I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, at that time they went to see if they had my parts. I would like to know why that is not Quality Controlled prior to me arriving to my appointment so you don't waste your customers time. Just as you don't want to waste time on people that don't show on time. So this trip cost me an hour of my time along with the person that was going to give me a ride including gas because you don't QC. When I asked your employee they said it was out of their control. I personally think Safelite should make a point to take these measures. The girl at the desk stated that all she could do was reschedule me. I could not reschedule to do do other obligations and more than likely it will be another month that I have to live with this cracked windshield. I asked her to cancel the request and refund me. She said "I cant print anything you will get it via email". I received a reschedule request via email and nothing more. I am writing this because she did no such thing. My reschedule email also states that I will be charged for cancelling my request. Pretty sure I wont be rescheduling with Safelite for any future needs. Next call is to my credit card to get my $$ back.
Safelite refunded my money, still not worth the experience of trying again.

Called Safelite to fix a chip in the windshield. They came out and caused a foot-long crack. The next appointment a week later to replace the windshield, they brought the wrong windshield and only realized that AFTER they attached it to the car. The pit the broken one back but did NOT glue the rear-view mirror back on - which is illegal in California. 5 days later, a Saturday, another appointment was set for 1p-5p and at 6p we get a text saying the driver was told by dispatch that it was too late to come out and to reschedule.

This is the absolute worst Safelite - or any car parts company - I've ever seen. We notified our insurance agency and was told to find another location and the deductible would be waived due to all the issues. They will also be in contact with the Safelite home office to find out why there are issues as, apparently, this is not the first time having problems with this location.

What a garbage location. Just shut it down or reorganize this location. Avoid this place even if it's your last resort.
