The process was relatively easy. However, it would have helped if it was explained that there were 2 stations. I walked in and someone was in the middle of their session. I left the room thinking I had to wait for her to be done. My appt was at 2pm and she didn’t finish until 2: 40pm so I didn’t start until 2: 40pm. I also realized I don’t think I would have been able to focus on the counting if I did try to do my session at the same time. Maybe let people know there are 2 stations and maybe have headphones so the counting and instructions don’t distract the other person if 2 people end up doing it simultaneously.

Easy to follow as well as fast and efficient online testing. The computer guidance on the practical test was extremely helpful. I will definitely do my biyearly updates this way again.
My only suggestions would be to provide downloadable written material/manual- the online protocols wouldn’t download.

Super easy and quick! The hands on exam took me about 20 minutes and the online took about an hour. Even without an instructor the directions were very clear and straight forward.

Completed BLS, ACLS, and PALS. As an RN, I’ve been taking these courses for many years. Doing the classes online were convenient and the hands on section was quick and efficient. It was easy to schedule the hands on portion around my work schedule.

A little confusing to find the entrance, because it isn't clearly marked on the exterior of the building. Definitely the correct street number, which IS marked on the front of the building (thats how I knew for sure I was in the correct location). Directions to get in the building and the exam location was easy to follow. Experience with the training was clear and concise.

Very simple and clear instructions, from accessing the classroom to the virtual instruction. I feel I learned more this method than in person class! Love it.

Very strange to have no human interaction except at a Call Center somewhere. But it was quick and relatively easy. If it were my first time for certification I would have been lost.

Very convenient scheduling and love the online and in class experience! Will be doing this again in 2 years when I have to rectify

The space was clean but difficult to find as I thought it was at the back of the FedEx and Subway building. It’s actually in a building next to FedEx and Subway. The back door was open, I found suite 7 but the door code didn’t work. So I called Safety Training and Christine told me there was a key in a lockbox on the back door. The key worked!
